That is a very good question. The only potential issue I could see would be with the t-shirt. Costume codes and gold titles are definitely not an issue. So I am sure that the contest is still worth it to you! Good luck! -

The reason we cannot accept multiple sign ups per account is because at the finals, you would not be able to be logged in on multiple characters at the same time.

As far as I know, regen is NOT affected by heal decay at all and regen is also not really hit by DR. (thus making RA and regen scrappers very powerful)
This looks like a great event DB, I will try to see if I can make it. Let me know if you need any help. -

You may only enter one character per account or global name. We appreciate the desire to compete in multiple categories, but in order to make the contest as fair as possible, only one entry per account is allowed. Also, if you won in multiple categories, you would not be able to be on both characters at once at the finale, which would be an issue. If last year's contest was any indication, even the "low population" servers filled up!

Yes, we realize this issue will have to be reexamined next year depending on the new challenges Going Rogue will bring. However, for this year, those that are of a Hero Archetype will only be invited to enter the Mr./Ms. Paragon City contest and those of a Villain Archetype will only be invited to enter the Mr./Ms. Rogue Isles contest. Participants are NOT being judged on the heroic or villainous nature of their costume, but simply the creativity, quality, and originality of it. In the question and answer portion(if a character moves on), participants will be able to score just as highly with a vigilante hero as with a squeaky clean good-doer, again the QUALITY of the answers is what matters! Please think of the title that the winner will receive as more of a title of where the character resides rather than a declaration of his or her moral stature.

Quick question: I was wondering if any powers will be allowed for the costume portion of the competition. Specifically, I have a toon that has a little Clockwork buddy that fits in with his concept, but I guess I'm wondering about a couple other powers too, such as ones that put your character into a "fighting" pose as opposed to standing up completely straight.
