Fastest way is through the train. Once you emerge in Kings Row turn SW and travel in your repspective way to Blue Steel. There is a marker on the map so it makes it easy. Once you see the big penny, you're there.

Strange as it sounds the fastest way is through talos. Go through the tunnel linking talos and founders, jump off the highway go straight and you're there.

For those of lower levels and/or doesn't have fly/jump run in the middle of the highway to avoid spawns

And for all you red siders who ended up at the wrong end of goat's attacks in pvp zones, hint of sweet revenge?

And blue siders: needless to say keep the hero side proud and win.

1) go to pocket d and dodge the ERPers.
2) go to the blue side of the dance hall and go behind the ramp. There will be a portal to your left.
