Id consider that forgotten off sets - sonic - myself. A bit similar to bubbling in some respects, but with some tasty -resistance debuffs, handy for team and for solo. If you ever contemplate soloing, sonic is highly useful for upping your damage.

[/ QUOTE ] Depends, what levels are you planning to face? Personally all my PvE builds only have 1 ACC.
I'd say get snipe, it's one of THE attacks in AR IMO. Swap it for beanbag, and get those two tohit from BU into snipe instead. Also, take flamethrower ASAP, it's another of your main powers. -

Hard one for PvP, its really between two sets, mu mastery and black scorpion. Mu mastery if you want to play sapper, and drain endurance with the power sink/transference combination, which should be really effective, or black scopion for the -jump, that coupled with ice blast and siphon speed slows should be really nasty. All together mu mastery has the better armour and the endurance drain so i'd be inclined to take that, but -jump is just so nasty in PvP.

[/ QUOTE ]Regen has been nerfed WAY more than SR, Integration and IH were both hit in their +regen several times (and part of it was made non-enhancable), and then IH was made clicky. MoG is also worse off against high-acc foes under I7. SR was only hit with one nerf.
Of course, regen did start way higher than SR. -

Twilight Grasp and Transfusion are terrible -regen powers. For those of you who have been hit by one in PvP, you'll know that you get "immobilized" for a very short amount of time after you're hit by one. The -regen debuff only applies while this immob is in effect in PvP and PvE. Only "lasting" -regen debuffs such as Lingering Radiation and Howling Twilight are any good.
[/ QUOTE ]Wrong actually, at least for twilight grasp, the -regen lasts quite a while. Besides, the immob of those powers was removed in a patch a while back to prevent containment when using those powers, AFAIK. -

I've just tested Transfusion, Twilight Grasp and Howling Twilight on Kraken (Giant Monster). With my Troller L50 transfusion was not a help at all. Kraken's life was 100% all the time. Then I changed to my lowbie Dark defender and tried TG on him. No effect at all or minimal. HT is the only power from Dark that seems to debuff *A LOT* his regeneration. However the recharge is still long on my toon. Then one Rad troller appeared and made me feel bad and useless with his bloody lingering radiation. But at least we took the git down eheh

That many rech shouldn't be needed in O2, EndRdx would be more useful.
Steamy mist should have DamRes instead of DefBuff, much higher benefit.
Freezing rain could use slows/defdebuffs
Drop maneuvers altogether, not worth it, put assault in it's place and then get an useful power at 35. -

None of the descriptions of the power, long or short, got regen debuffs added when the changes to the power were made, but the regen debuff is there.

Also, do you know if google videos allows longer than 10 minutes, and what kinda rules they have for uploading stuff? Might be worth checking out. -
NRG has better ST damage, psi is nice AoE, good for PvP, and has nice recovery move.

I'd swap invis and TP, it will make things easier IMO.
The slottings look decent, but I fear that the second ACC means that you cant give them endrdx, which will lead to end problems.
Definitely 3 rech in DC, extra rech will give way higher benefit than extra EndMod.
For a dom, I'd recommend swapping to scirocco's patron pool for power sink, unless you really want GW for concept. -

Ninjas? Awful mix of ranged and melee damage, much AI issues last I heard, and the T3 hench uses rain of fire... They're not too bad damage though, but I'd say they require a lot of control from the MM. -

[/ QUOTE ]You can't after I5, and even if you could, the MM DS is different to defender one, it needs 3 recharges and hasten to perma. -
It's perma with 2 recharge SO's and hasten. It's mostly a damage/hold pet, great for necro/dark or necro/poison fro stacking oplayers hold and liches hold, and possibly DS's as well.
I haven't tested the difference when using it on different henches but I think it increases at least it's HP, possibly it's attack power. Too bad the lich never dies, and it's fairly hard to do the dismiss->summon trick anymore, although it still is possible iwth good timing.
