Don't slot power bolt.
Take your main hold (dominate) at L2 and 6-slot it.
Drop power blast, take confuse in it's place and snipe at 35.
Where is the accuracy in total domination?
Whirling hands could use 6-slotting.
Try to cram stamina to L20.
Slot terrify with acc, damage and recharge.
Only 3 slots in total focus=[censored]??? -
Power push does more damage, and I think the KB could be a bit weaker, but it's pretty close, AFAIK.

Personally, I'd drop thunder clap, which would give room to take either will domination or the nuke.

Your setup for acid arrow i think you should reconsider, as you already have hasten wich will help it..buut if your going for the fast de-buff'ing take away one of the recharge reductions and replace it with accuracy. (Dont rule out defence debuffs.. my set up for it is 3 accuracy and 3 defence debuffs, which is overkill of that i am aware, but it works for me as 'miss' doesnt appear often after it)

Subdue is good strong attack, should try to fit it in. Also, freezing rain is one of the 3 main storm powers, get it, slot it, love it.

Also, I did not take ice arrow due to the fact that psi has both a stun and sleep, both of which I will be taking. -

For one, don't take storm, even though it's a great set it has zero synergy with elec (no, the drain of the cloud doesn't count
)
Dark has a hold to stack with it, but that's about it.
Empathy...does it have synergy with anything?
FF.....not much to see here.
Kinetics, Definitely good synergy with all the endurance draining. Just find an ice tank to team with and nothing will have End
Rad... CC is a hold, EMP has hold and some end drain, that's about it.
Sonic....nothing really.
TA has hold, endurance drain, and the elec will light up oil slick...Weapon drawing can be nasty tho'. -
Because certain people can't deal with it when their plans don't work because of something they didn't take into account.

While I don't know about dominators that much, mind was the best daamging controller primary before containment, and seeing as dominators don't have that...

[/ QUOTE ]Mass confuse, Terrify (slotted for 3 daamge), hold any stray mobs, whirling hands, another terrify, use ST attacks, terrify, whirling hands etc. Is how I'd imagine a fight to go, although I haven't had high level dom outside the RV event.
Also, I think it's possible to stack either confuse or fear over purple triangles, which could enable soloing downgraded AV's. No personal experience on that tho'. -
Personally, if they ever fix CoV so I can play it again, I was going to take provoke at 49 with my necro/dark to tank stuff.

I've scheduled the build at COH Planner, however i've noticed that the archery set has several mistakes (ie. fistsull and Blazing -which as per planer is an AoE- are supposed to deal the same damage as per planner, but in game damage of Blazing is more than the double...)

Never, EVER take jump kick, especially for a blaster, the animation time is WAY too high and the effect is teh suck.
Personally I don't like mez protection for squishies, but many swear by acro, so take if ya want.
Don't take shiver, it's no damage, and IMO the recharge is not worth it. Rather drop shiver, take hasten earlier, and TAKE CHAR. 1 blaster hold=meh, 2 blaster holds=boss held, Huzzah! -
