ah, but I only have EA just now, and the initial 3xend red really helps for the levels in between. I may experiment with dropping to just two end reds in it, but as I don't have any endreds in glacial, frozen armour or chilling embrace, and just a single endred in wet ice, i may just keep it there.

[/ QUOTE ]They're not, because I team with people who can wait a few seconds before attacking, for me to group the foes in a way that's optimum for AoE attackers. Those who team with me either learn that, or die.

If you take them, I'd say 1 acc 2 End 3 dam, or 2 acc 1 end 3 dam. EndRdx isn't that important with ice tanks since we get EA.

I had something like -400k in the builder at one point, but I just sold one room and it went back to normal.

[/ QUOTE ]AS will be useful, punch is quite low damage, tough is worthless. Rather just get your ST and AoE immobilizes, and fire epic, if you want to do damage. -
So that would make it ~95% damage buff in total.

[/ QUOTE ]Defender primaries (and thus controller, corruptor and MM secondaries) have always been the most varying powerset pool for playstyles and character roles. -
Pick Ice Patch up ASAP (Or well, BIB first, but then that), it's the main power of /ice. Also, I dunno about getting bitter freeze ray, and if you do get it, I'd suggest dropping it later when you get access to the hold from your secondary (and epic, possibly), since the activation time is so damn long.
My personal picks from ice/ice (as a levelling build, not a respec one):
Ice Bolt
Ice Blast
Aim
Freeze Ray
Ice Storm
BIB
BFR
Blizzard
ChillBlain
Ice Sword
BU
Ice Patch
Freezing touch
Leaving room for SJ, stamina, and then 2 pool powers, possibly hasten+acro or aid other+self, and 4 epic powers. -

Just get Taunt. Only then will I stop bugging you.

Does the -Spd and -Rech in glue arrow stack with multiple applications from the same defender? I find glue arrow refreshes very quickly and was going to slot 1 Rech 3 Slow on my TA.

Blizzard is LBAoE, thus it ignores AoE caps. A nuke that ignores AoE caps > All.

There, after few computer problems that arose, I finally managed to get on, and can confirm that the TF has indeed vanished. The only reason I know how this could have happened is if all but one member quit (unlikely), or somebody went and soloed it...

- Hope the squishy can take the aggro
- Chase the aggro down, risking your current aggro scattering if you move out of range as the mobs are attacked
- Taunt the mob to bring him to you while standing safely in the middle of your already gathered aggro.
