With SO's and hasten you'll be decent, once you get to 30 and have 6-slotted IH in addition to the other powers is when you'll really become powerful.

Arctic air is good in pvp, but hurricane is better and the two don't work well together, as the 'cane will push them out of the AA. They both cost painfull amounts of endurance, and endurance management is the biggest problem for ice/storm in PVP, in my experience. In fact, slot for end reducers wherever you can.

Most people have knockback resistance in PvP (they'd better!) so that isnt that much of an issue

TD, 3 ToHit buff, 1 End, maybe 2 end.
Attacks, for sensible PvP no acc, just 3 dam and then rech/end/range/sec. effects as you feel necessary. -

uh? actually, powers like mass hypnosys, Terrify or every other imm/sleep/fear aoe power have a very good accuracy...
only hold aoe powers use to miss a lot
[/ QUOTE ]Incorrect. The besic accuracy modifier is 1, nearly all AoE control powers are either 0,8 or 0,9. In the case of mind, Mass hypno (like other AoE sleeps) is 1, Terrify is 0,9, and total dom and mass confuse are 0,8. -

unstoppable seems slotted fine imo, i like maxing res especially with -res powers out there.
[/ QUOTE ]1 DamRes in unstop will put you enough over the cap that it'd require huge amount of debuffs to drop you below it, since resistance resists resistance debuffs.
