HP drains are mostly poor powers. Endurance drain build is possible, but much easier to do in CoH than CoV due to the fact that there is no electric blast set in CoV. If one was going to make it in CoV, I'd go with either /kin corruptor or elec/elec brute.

With /NRG, you don't need low end primary, since you get both energy drain and CP in your secondary. I'd suggest fire for AoE and SS for ST.

My favourite Offender conept had to be the Rad/* Offender who let their teammates die so they could cast Vengeance and then go to town with Fallout. As such, you could Radient Aura. Something about being able to heal but choosing not to is just really creepy for a Defender - especially if you don't tell the PUG you just joined why I heard a team of 8 such folks could lay waste to pretty much anything, but that was before (and probably why!) they made Vengeance unstackable. I never got to try that build out myself

I've always wanted to do a themed offender team. If anyone else wants to try the whole 8 xrad/rad I would SO love to try this. I think rad/rad would be the best thing to have 8 of because EF+AM+Leadership alone, on all 8 people pretty much provides you with all the defence, accuracy, damage, stamina, recharge and status protection you could ever wish for.

And it's not Fly that helps against Knockback (though it does provide a bit of help) it's Hover that does so. With Hover active you'll just spin quickly in place once instead of being tossed back several yards and then have to stand up.

[/ QUOTE ]Well, you're not actually exceeding the damage cap, since the damage cap is only a cap on how much damage buffs you can have, and resistance doesn't change that. What it does do is make your foes take more damage from your attacks. -
You'll need evasion if you want to survive against nemmies.

It's 75% def, so you'd need to be hit by over 30% debuff for enemies to have any higher chance of hitting you.

Acrobatics is indeed not necessary, although if you atre taking SJ as a travel power it's only 1 more power pick and thus pretty nice. I suggest you do a build with the planner and post it here, after which we can make suggestions on how to improve it.

[/ QUOTE ]You can pick a 1st or 2nd tier pool power at any power level at 6+, 3rd tier at any power level 14+, and 4th tier at any power level 20+, as I explained in my previous post.
You could, technically, pick 4*4 pool powers and 4 epic pool powers, but that would mean that you'd spend most of your power picks on those and only be able to get 4 primary/secondary powers in total, severely gimping your character. -
