It applies to the henches own attacks, reducing their endurance cost and meaning they don't run out so quick (especially with some pets such as the Commando, who has whole host of AoEs and drains endurance like a Humvee through 4 star)

[/ QUOTE ]Not quite, there was no way to make recharges to affect the minions' powers, they just affected the summoning power, so they were removed altogether because you're only supposed to be able to slot enhancers that affect the hench, or both the summoning power and hench. -

In fact, there was only one instance I can remember where I *DID* have a row with someone over PvP, in Warburg. I'd spent ages getting my scientists, and on the last one, some swine ganked me and took my hard work away. When I asked him if that was REALLY necessary (It was a hero, so my getting a nuke didn't cause him any problems), his answer was, "Cause I felt like it". He didn't want the nuke himself, he just wanted to wreck someone elses fun.

Combat Jump is Immobilise, AFAIK. Acrobatics is hold. I think some of the combat pool powers offer a boost against some control effects, though.

Some other ones that give protection
Weave is immob protection.
Aid Self is stun protection.
Resistance powers, these reduce the duration of mez effects.
IIRC Assault gives Placate and Taunt resistance.
IIRC Tactics gives Confuse and Fear resistance.
Health gives Sleep resistance.

The DefDebuff in attacks is only 5%, not really worth slotting. ToHit in their tactics is only 3%, again not worth it. Maneuvers is 7,47% Def, which is nice. I would, however, recommend 3 damage.

/Thermal is a team set, if you want to solo, I'd recommend taking something else.

When you put your heal on auto, it's harder for you to control it than if you're just manually spamming it.

And to the -XP the amount you lose is low, I remember the numbers were posted once (in the CoV beat forum I think) it's not some fixed %, as with so many things the dev like to use curves, basicly the higher the % damage done by a confused mob the lower the xp. it's roughly (going by memory here)
100% damage by confused mob, 0% damage by you = 0%xp
75% damage by confused mob, 25% damage by you = 40%xp
50% damage by confused mob, 50% damage by you = 75%xp
25% damage by confused mob, 75% damage by you = 90%xp
0% damage by confused mob, 100% damage by you = 100%xp

Imagine you slotted your attack with 2 SO Acc. Thats 66%, or 0.66. Lets say your opponent has SR and got the 45% cap and for some reason (maybe he got Dark Melee) you are suffering a -10% Debuff when you attack. And you have no Buffs.
To Hit Value = (1 + 0.66) * (0.75 +0 -0.45 -0.1) = 33%

[/ QUOTE ]Regen, however, can utilize the most +res and +def buffs, since those values have a cap, which the other secondaries reach easier, while there is no cap AFAIK (and considerably less buffs as well) for regeneration. -
Arena channel is the channel with the best server-wide coverage (apart for help, which REALLY should be kept for it's only purpose), and personally, I will continue using it as a server wide announcement channel if I need to, as well as reply to people who ask questions there, as long as I get banned from the game for doing so, or we get a proper server-wide channel.

Yes But RI is an ACC debuff meaning you won't get hit at all and is a bigger Radius that EF.

That's not enhancing the power, that's -res effects stacking.

I have 275 PvP rating on my brute, but I may try this in PvE - been meaning to test if fury multiplies the base damage or the slotted damage. Which is a point I think ur overlooking.

[/ QUOTE ]The point is that instead of boosting the damage after all other factors have been added, or being a direct base damage multiplier, it is a damage buff, and thus is added to the total sum of all damage buffs and enhancements, and THAt sum is used as a damage multiplier. It is, of course, not clear from my post to someone who is not aware of how damage is calculated so I understand the reason for your confusion.
