Primary isn't that relevant for the activity, for secondary, dark is most active I'd say, followed by poison and TA.

This aim i believe is 37.5% tohit at base so i basically get 45% tohit slotted this way which is between 1-2 accs for the powers i have no accuracies for, 1 acc SO worth of acc is usually enough but if the tohit isnt really needed, ill give thunderclap more love then.

You'll want at least 2 recharge, preferably 3 so you can stack it for a while (assuming you have hasten). After than, 1 accuracy, and then either hold or damage if you have the slots. (Personally I just have recharge).

[/ QUOTE ]You'll be at the damage cap most of the time, with a lot of -res going around, and with very high survivability. It might not be quite as high as all-blasters, but high nevetheless. -
It never affected the width, just the range. There used to be a different range enhancement for cones, but those were removed and normal range enhancements were changed to work for cones as well.

Afaik the toggle doesnt drop, but the effect goes invisible and wont have any effect. You should be able to use aid self without interruption. Effects should return after you phase back.

The order of enhancements in the slots makes no difference.
The 3 slot thing, which you're misunderstanding, is that when you're using SO's (Single origin enhancements, or something with equal level buff, like YO's or HO's), you only get a good buff from 3 or less enhancements of the same type, more is pretty much a waste. (So 3 damage is good, but you shouldn't add 4th damage after that. Accuracies can be added after 3 damage just fine however, as can any other type). -

Elude provides a 45% buff to all positional defence types without any slots. This means that you hit the soft cap with no slotting. However, if you're fighting foes with ToHit buffs, or Defence debuffs (Defence debuffs are, FYI, the single most common secondary effect in PvE), you'll need to slot it, or have your togles on. Also, in PvE, with the very large +ToHit powers available to certain AT's, you'll want to 3-slot it propably.

[/ QUOTE ]This is impossible to do with the current engine AFAIK, unless you want to make containments a 100% damage buff (In which case it won't be double damage if you're slotted for damage or have damage buffs), and even that is most likely very hard to code. -

Oh course, BFR is horrible, so they can only get 3 decent holds, while controllers get one far more efficient hold. (Shorter recharge and much longer duration, FYI)

Was chased around in RV by a bunch of Scrappers and a Storm Defender, I was not going to surrender so I used the temp Hyper Phase from WB patrol mish.
The toggle was still on me, but I'm not sure if my Aid Self using was disrupted (with those debuff anchors on you, you can't use interruptible powers). I was pretty much hopping far, far away to lay a trap & get a heavy.

Which leaves four single target attacks, plus a snipe.
Yes, I know the holds and the immobilise do some damage in addition to their primary functions, that does not, to my mind, make them attacks.
[/ QUOTE ]Chilblain is better DPA (Per animation) AND DPS than Charged bolts. That means that unless you care about the 30 feet longer range C-bolts has, it's more viable to use Chilblain in the attack chain (Although it is slightly higher on endurance cost). Freezing touch is also quite high DPA, and decent DPS. Tesla cage I left out because it's damage is so small it's not viable as an attack. -

Are you sure that's correct Lecxe? where is that info from? +500% is supposed to be a Dominator's regen cap. The Prima guide states -30 regen in pvp and -5 in PvE.

All of these USELESS in a large group when everything dies within seconds, so what if you held 8 mobs, so what when they die quickly. As I said before, if you had to stand back and do nothing you would hardly even notice any difference in the outcome of the fight.
