    The devs claimed the numbers in the I7 update were accurate. In any case, I'd trust the devs over a site like nofuture.

  7. Drop concealment, swap maneuvers for assault, and get TK and EMP ASAP.

    Why that? O_o why doenst work hoe other powers and doents stun lieutenunts too, and bosses with 2-3 hits?

    Avoiding the rage endurance crash by running perma-rage has been a known "trick" for years, it's a way to improve the combat strength of your character with the sacrifice that you'll have -defence and not be able to attack every few minutes. I find it very annoying that they've only just decided it's an "unacceptable exploit" now.

    [/ QUOTE ] The devs simply weren't aware of it. Personally, I didn't know of it before...a few weeks ago, IIRC, when it was mentioned in one post, and I've been here since EU launch.

    In short, it's not a nerf, it's a bug fix.

  15. I really wouldn't consider DP (And equivalent powers) a proper self heal. The 6-minute recharge means you can use it maybe once per 5 groups, which is far too little, compared to proper self heals.

  20. /Rad is by no means weak. It's the strongest AoE set avaiable to defenders (3 AoE's and the nuke). Also, CB is lovely, high damage attack and 100% stun in the same power.

    /Stone for brutes is kinda like /DA for stalkers, both have few powers that are totally against the concept of the AT.
