  1. Limiting yourself to melee attacks won't give you enough AoE firepower. Pick up at least fireball, preferably fire breath as well. Also, blaze is a really powerful attack.
    Fighting pool is pretty much rubbish for a blaster, I'd say skip it.
    PFF doesn't allow you to affect anyone but yourself. Since burn is a summon power, it can't be used in PFF. FSC/Combustion can be used, but they won't affect anything.

  6. Do we actually need matching costumes anyways? (At least apart for one costume slot, maybe) A lot of comic book superteams/groups don't have them.

    That vengeance thing is seriously borked. Confused mobs should casts buf on you and not on their fellow baddies when killed, but the confused Lts still cast vengeance on their friends instead of -logically expected- buffing you (and your team mates).


    [/ QUOTE ]It's quite logical, actually. The buff is applied after the LT dies, and thus they're no longer confused at that point.

    IIRC Nems have protection to certain status effects, fear's one and I thought confuse was the other. They can be feared but takes more than other foes, so I'd assume the same with confuse.

  17. Slot 3 damage in attacks, or don't take them.
    ToHit buffs in aim and BU aren't needed for PvE.
    You won't need acc in nova since you'll be using aim/BU before it, and it has built in ACC boost. Slot it with 3/3 dam/rech.
    Either slot 3 rech in TI or don't take it.

    Although I could join in with one of my already existing alts, I suppose.
  20. 6-slot twilight grasp, it's great.
    DN would propably be fine with 2 EndRdx.
    Throw a rech or two in fearsome.
    6-slot petrifying gaze or don't take it.
    6-slot cosmic burst, great damage, great debuff, great stun.
    Don't bother with ToHit buffs in aim if you're PvE'ing, just slot rech.
    DS should be perma with no rech.
    Slot soul drain for rech, not Tohit.
    WHERE is tar patch? Stackable -res AND a great slow, it's a must-have power.

    Also, I'd say the amount of DEF debuffs you have is over the top, you should IMO slot one or two attacks (Irradiate and the snipe, propably) for debuff and either not slot the rest or slot them for damage (Or possibly stun in the case of CB).

    [/ QUOTE ]The problem with kin is that it's not YOU using the heal, it's the entity summoned by transfusion. Which is why the heal only works if PBU transfers to the summoned entity.
