It was planned that you'd get a damage buff when attacking from stealth, but it didn't go live. It's just a text error now.

I prefer 1 acc 3 dam for attacks when using SO's or CIO's, with additional end and rech as necessary. It's good enough as long as you're not fighting mobs several levels above you. -

If you have stone skin and granite, you're already resistance capped against smashing and lethal, so the only useful power in fighting would be weave.

I don't think the problem was CE, but Invincibility and RttC, since they also buff the tanker instead of only debuffing mobs.

Why would it?
[/ QUOTE ]Because your "mez protection" value is actually the current sum of the positive and negative mez effects you have. So if you get hit by a stun, your "stun protection" value decreases for the effect's duration. -
That's whirling mace, and it can be executed in air like all the other powers sharing the animation. (FSC, Whirling hands etc.)

[/ QUOTE ]Considering how slow BFR is, that's just wrong. An Ice/Elec fire can fire off two holds before BFR has even finished activating, and a third not long after. And that's without even taking BFR, although you could stack it on top of the three others if you want overkill. -

There's some changes you could make for personal preference, like change of travel power (would still have Hasten in there somewhere, lovely for trip mines and RoA), Taking the snipe, possibly taking stunning shot and taser for control. If you've any questions, just ask. -
