Anyways, it has higher proc chance when slotted in AoE's, but is high in ST attacks as well, so I'd slot it in the attack you use the most.

See no reason for going Psi/Mental, mixing an AoE set with a ST one is fairly inefficient.

Yes, it will stack. The note in the description just means that you can't run CD at the same time with Stealth.

SS? Who on earth would take SS for farming when you can have Fire or Elec? Heck, even DB has more AoE.

Taunt auras don't take taunt sets anymore.

For taunt, it varies. The Mocking Beratement set is good for ice tanks since it gives extra S/L defence with two slots, while other primaries probably benefit more from Perfect Zinger's +regen and +recharge. I wouldn't really put more than 4 slots in taunt, although if you go for full 6 you'll get some more nice bonuses from both sets.

That said, I12 should add the talsorian dual blades and talsorian axe.

Drop something out of Aid Self (Maybe the heal/recharge) and put in an IntRdx CIO instead.

Change the acc/end/rech in Power Bolt for something that gives damage, like acc/dam/rech from Ruin

Change the Acc/Int/Rech in snipe for an acc/dam from another set (Unless you're using L50 SIO's)

Why put the +stealth in hover? Would be more useful to have one in sprint.

Far too little recharge in nova, drop some SIO's and grab ones that enhance recharge from other sets.

Are you actually planning to use TI or FoN? The slotting pretty much sucks.

Rikti don't do all that much psi damage really. Non-granite stone is just made of fail (not that granite is much better), if you really want psi protection WP is a superior set. You'll really want to focus on energy and lethal damage against rikti though.
