It's not actually their perspection, it's the fact that if they're aggroed to you they see you no matter what, until their aggro ends.

Really? I'd not registered spectral daemons as being particularly more difficult for my spines stalker than for other heroes/villains I've played. I'm pretty sure that the lieutenant versions of spectral demons go down with a build up - AS - Impale combo, but could be wrong. I'll have to test that tonight

Burn and hot feet, neither useful for a blaster.

[/ QUOTE ]It has been stated multiple times by devs that the upcoming change will make sure PLAYERS won't get one shotted by anything, in PvP or PvE. Critters can still be one-shotted.

It's one of the few salvage types that you use as is, rather than making it to components first. However, i dont remember which enemies drop them.

Everyone can play an empathy defender doing the minimal job (heals). This is OK to handle a team on heroic. But very few have the capacity to take all the strength from the pool, making your team uber like no one. A "normal" empath is worse than every other "normal" defender set (with the exception of Archery and Storm). But when you come to skilled people, skilled empaths are on the top of the table.

It was unpopular due to the fact that it's the hardest to use, but an experienced stormie is at least as useful as a dark or rad, and definetely more useful than an empath.

Dominators are by far the least played AT, usually when you do /sea, about 1/10 of villains online are dominators.

I'm not sure whether people think that they're gimpy controllers, or do crappy damage or what, but mine certainly rocks.

I'd say go SS+IR, as hasten is VERY good power that you should pick, so SS only costs you one more power. Then you can use IR for vertical travel.

All hides have pretty small, around 5% melee and range DEF when hidden, but pretty big (around 30-50% IIRC), AoE DEF.

I'd suggest giving it one or two rechargers after the end reducers if you can, at least with my defender it takes pretty long to recharge.
