  2. Last time I used it it actually DID take me back to the last place I'd been in the zone, although I died inside the zone so that might've been the reason.
  3. Toggle on quills, int and SJ, run into room, aggro 2-6 groups, DP, herd them to a tight spot, IH, then proceed to AoE the crap out of them while the pet DM/SR assists with bosses.
  4. Spines and Regen, especially together, damn good AoE Kickass combo.
  5. Well, at least according to my experiences of the few hundred hours I've played with it in my build, haven't done actual research on it though.

    Siphon speed very muchly does have +recharge for yourself and -rech for enemy, damn good power for that, I think you can get near-perma-hasten with it. As for assault, I think it's something like 12-15% DAM buff, whereas few siphon powers will get you to 50-80% and a good fulcrum way over 200%, so while it still adds something I'm not sure if it's significant enough to justify the power slot and the END cost (although if you want tactics to up your accuracy and for PvP then I'd say take it as a pre-requisite).

    Steamy Mist act's as a good CM as well as O2 boost. We have plans/tactics for whilst fighting so everyone knows their roles so to speak.

    Fear is not a debuff, it's a status effect, like holds and stuns, and yes, it stacks from all powers.

    They do not have typed defence against psionics, but they do have positional defence, which AFAIK works against psi.
  12. definately 3 rech/3 heal, the END boost is better than base of RA, defo doesn't need slotting, and you will want it up as much as possible.

    [/ QUOTE ]With double/triple/quadruple-stacked siphon power (you have siphon speed for the +rech, right?), and later fucrum shift, assault really doesn't give you any noticeably damage boost.

    [/ QUOTE ]It's not the easies power to use considering it's timed, but with ivisibility and combined with well-timed trip mine and flamethrower/full auto it makes a very nice alpha strike. I'd also imagine it being good for AV/monster fights although haven't had first-hand experience.

  18. You should definitely get hasten and SS to get invisibility for trip mine and time bomb, also I'd say drop buckshot and pick burst as it's more useful.

    Because I've got a no fun vision of empathy defenders, I'm from the old school and I consider that you should be able anytime to save your team's life. And if you use your nova, going ooe all a sudden and it misses so everyone is slowly dying, where is your blue bar, to make your job ?

  20. Crush doesnt really need ImmobDur, slot it with damage instead.
    Change the damage in your single target hold to recharge, helps to spam it to stack the effect.
    Get recharge in oil slick, possibly from crushing field.

  22. Mind/ is very nice AoE build, and /FF gives a bit safety and even allows you to herd some, so I'd say fire epic for the AoE damage goodness.

    Anyway, as defenders, the secondary effects are boosted in comparison to blasters, as i understand, so it is on this principle thats its prob best to decide on secondary. I hated knockback (as a rad defender, last thing i want is to spread em), and radiation defence debuff didnt seem to attractive when I could already lower enemies defence to the point of 90% hit rate with my primary set.

    Mind controllers are so good it isn't even true, If you're going to be teaming a lot sonic will be great too, But for a soloer it isn't that good of a set.
