    [/ QUOTE ]Actually, that's exactly what it is. MM's are very powerful but the power comes with the price of having to prepare for the fights beforehand.
  4. Well, jump kick is a crappy power anyways, but air superiority offers great damage mitigation, so in later levels it's used mainly when it's more important to keep one thread out of the fight instead of dealing maximum damage.

    Sorry, but for Godlike teams you needs scrappers, and specifically regen scrappers. It's like a freight train charging through the mission and after each major battle you look about and see everyone's on full health with full stamina.

So, unless I'm only up against a single target (has never happened and don't ever expect it to) I still can't see how it's useful to me personally because anyone (everyone) else aggro'd and not Placated will still be wailing on me and interrupting my AS?

    [/ QUOTE ]Nothing's been said, but with the current underpowerness of few /DA powers, and the fact that they are revisiting the set while making it for stalkers, one can hope for a boost for scrapper /DA as well

    After all, they did boost scrapper MA (Mainly CAK) when they modified the set for stalkers.

    I have a claws/DA made and waiting to be played myself, with the potential upcoming DA buffs, AND the claws boost coming in I7 it could turn out to be very nice combo...
  9. The 2 holds and rains in the primary, combined with the powers in the secondary should give enough protection.

  11. It's both a technical difficulty, and a balancing factor, and IMO it's fine as it is.

    [/ QUOTE ]It's not 10% more damage, it's 18,75% damage buff, which means that if people have 3 damage SO's and any damage buffs on at all, the overall damage boost will be way less than 10%.

    I concluded the best thing a healer can do is be a buff bot. To warrant a place on a team, i'd say empaths MUST have manoeuvers and tactics, or at least assault and tactics.

    Is there a Def cap? I mean I know there is a practical limit since everyone gets 5% minimum to-hit, but I didn't think there was an official cap. What is it?

    along with

    Mercenaries
    Necromancy
    Ninjas
    Robotics

    Problem is I do not have time to try them all out (thats obvious) but I woulod like a good starter on my toon so would appreciate any and all advise from those who have a good build or from those who whis they had chosen someting else.

  21. Well, if you dont take to account the fact that DM is fairly nasty for brutes because of shadow mauls animation, and that stone is bad for the -rech in granite, and go more for a tanking build than damage dealer, I suppose it would work...

  25. Then I suggest you read the description of rage a bit more carefully, especially the part of not being able to attack for 10 seconds when it ends
