    Ice/Elec PvP

    Haven't PvP'd much with mine yet so can't comment on that side of things, but I must say that you've made an excellent coice.
    The only bad thing about ice/elec is the fact that you'll be kinda low on endurance until L35 and power sink, but it's manageable, not that much worse than most other blasters.
    You may also struggle with higher than even level bosses before getting your third hold at L38 because of the reduced durations of FR and BFR, but if you get the geas of the kind ones accolade you'll be able to perma-hold a +2 boss with freeze ray, and the accolade should be up just about once for mission, making it very nice for the end bosses.

    Powers to get ASAP:
    Ice Bolt
    Ice Blast
    Charged Brawl
    Freeze Ray
    Either Aim or BU, don't need both too soon
    Havoc Punch
    Stamina
    Bitter Ice Blast
    Bitter Freeze Ray
    Thunder Strike
    Power Sink
    Shocking Grasp.
  2. Most planners have old values, AFAIK Sherk Silver's CoH/CoV builder is the only one that has mostly accurate data.

    [/ QUOTE ]Can't get perma, but with 3-slotted hasten it's up most the time, and yes, 3/3 rech/heal is the usual slotting.

    Yeah, seeing as it reports correct numbers for 99.9% of powers.
  5. I'm using some bind files to change keybinds when changing human/dwarf forms, as well as having macros for the power tray changes.

    What's the base +RES of MoG then? Because my hero planner shows it as 40%, which would mean it couldnt cap the RES even with three SO's...

    [/ QUOTE ]Debt is no reason to delete a character, and is usually good thing, as it increases the amount of content you get to see per level as well as your inf/xp ratio.

    Some form of endurance management has always been needed, earlier you could get away theoretically by 6-slotting stamina but I had end reduxes on my toggles even back then...

    [/ QUOTE ]But did you have them in your attacks as well? Seeing as 5 damage isn't efficient anymore you can put 1-2 EndReducers in your attacks, as well as your toggles, which, when combined with the 13% global END reduction, should make you actually spend less endurance than pre-ED.
  11. Mind for most control, and the best AoE attack from controller primaries, plus it has mass confusion, which is just pure awesomeness.. For secondary... something that has multiple powers you can skip, maybe FF or TA.

    [/ QUOTE ]The difference between that and them all being 3-slotted is only 3.2%, so nope, and it's a waste of slots as well (unless you have tough, in which case the 3% will decrease incoming damage quite a lot... at least if the RES cap is 95%, can never remember if it's that or 90%)

  16. I'd say drop one power (I'd go with repel), so you'll be able to get three powers from acnillary pools, as there are some really useful stuff there.

    Psi:
    Domination - Very useful single-target hold, decent damage
    Mind Over Body - One of the very few psi resist powers in game, and gives quite nice resistance
    Telekinesis - Fantastic power, tollge AoE hold and repel.

    Elec:
    Thunder Strike - Very nice damage, and the knockback can help survivability
    Charged Armor - Very nice S/L/E RES
    Power Sink - Good END drain/recovery power

    Power:
    Conserve Power - With this, stamina and transfusion, END is no longer an issue.
    Power Build Up - Very useful due to doubling all secondary effects as well as giving damage and ToHit buff.
    Temp. Invul. - Only gives S/L resistance, still useful though
    Total Focus - Long-ish recharge but that's not such an issue with kin, very nice damage and stun.

    Dark:
    Opressive gloom - decent stunner, but hard to keep multiple enemies affected.
    Dark Consumption - long-ish recharge but otherwise good END recovery move.
    Dark Embrace - Very nice S/L/N/T RES shield
    Sould Drain - This+fulcrum shift on a decent sized group=damage cap and very high accuracy.

  20. Siphon speed can be stacked 3 times if you also have hasten, and in such case brings you to the speed cap and gives you very nice recharge times.

    Inertial reduction, Take it and superspeed, it gives you the vertical movement SS lacks.

    Maneuvers is crud, pick assault as a per-requisite instead if you need tactics.

    Don't take the medicine pool, you're much better off with some other powers.

    Torrent... I wouldnt pick it, I'd rather take blackstar as seeing that you're a kin, the recharge time wont be that bad and with fulcrum shift you can get near the damage cap, wiping out minions with one shot and taking lt's to low health.

    Moonbeam, It was fairly useful at low levels with my empath, but I 'specced it out later due to having more stuff to do at higher levels.

    Life drain, never, EVER pick it, totally crappy power.
