    You're right indeed Arch. did some actual testing with stopwatch and the holds in VG don't affect the the time of it to be active, but it appears to affect the time the pulses hold the mobs. (stupidly enough, more logical and sensible would be for hold duration to prolong the power active all in all)

The REAL point of difference here, is the way we dice around with the terms, and the way we personally have come to think of that one word "skill".   13. If you're going to scrap, you'll need stamina. If you're going to play a STALKER, you can get by without it, or at least with taking it at a later level.

    The only issue is that it kills momentum when it switches on, so if you're leaping from rooftop to rooftop, or chasing down a fleeing hero it can be a bit annoying when it kicks in and you're frozen for the animation.

    Powerboost didnt let me hit him, either the range boost is serious low or it doesnt boost at all.

    [/ QUOTE ]Powerboost does not boost range, the discussion is about whether it boosts range BUFFS, or not.

    So basically, you'd need to go to a range that's slightly farther than from where you can hit with boost range, then hit power boost->boost range, and see if you can attack.

    For getting into the middle of groups - I hate to be as conventional as this, but Super Speed is hard to beat. Teleport has a nasty little pause where you can't do anything much but can be attacked - SS has stealth. That makes it all but indispensible for the close range blaster IMHO.

    How can spines be flavour of the month?, FotM should be those build people allways make, not those that are the best that people never choice. There arent that many spines arround. DM and katana are still the most popular, closely followed by MA.
    Same with stalkers, everyone makes ninja blade eventhough its suppar. I think Flavour of the month should be what people actually makes not what is best.
