Based on the description "boosts all secondair effects of powers", defence of CJ (imm/def), hover (fly/def) should be boosted too, though weird aid self is boosted too while the healing is the primairy effect of the power (secondair is confuse resist?). But for the epic shields, they dont have a primairy and secondairy effect except i would say FoN and Hibernate.

This works because Darkest night is the best alpha strike absorbing power in the game short of some of the defensive set's tier 9 powers, -ACC and -DAM means that the enemies aren't going to hit you much and when they do they won't do much damage. Once on the tar patch they get even more -DAM.

I don't think I've ever found a set in the game that had sounds I don't like.

I especially hated it when devs made the targetting drone sound fade, that was one of the best sounds IMO :/

If you're going to PvP, MaX's builds really aren't the best to follow. They're damn good PvE builds, but you need to be WAY more min/maxed for PvP.

Hurricane wasn't really nerfed, it was just changed so that it was no longer possible to 'pera-hold' people in corners with it in PvP.

I'd never run whirlwind and hurricane simultaneously apart for the looks, whirlwind drains endurance much faster than a stormie can afford and provides nothing that hurricane doesn't.

But if I come, I'll thus show that I believe that one might exist, which would mean that I didn't believe in easter bunny (who told me there are no such things as sonic defenders), which would cause the world to collapse into a singularity and all of us very painfully stcreching into 1-dimensional lines.

And we don't want that now do we?

Mostly when I'm building a character I try to find an existing build and alter it, or I ask MaX for a build and alter that. I can personallise builds but unless I really know the powersets well I can build from the ground up.

AFAIK the person who creates the character retains the copyright to it, NCSoft just gets rights to use it in any way they want to. So anybody could draw a picture of character you made in Co(H/V) with your permission as you still have the copyright.
