    I'd definitely take stamina first, then possibly respec it out at 36 when you have power sink slotted (Power sink and Conserver are the only two attacks that can boost your endurance with any reliability... unless you go DM/elec and take DC of course)
  3. Mass hypnosis would rather have 3 rech in, the sleepdur isn't that useful.
    Dispersion, rather at least 2 EndRdx, this build with leadership is gonna be a real END hog...
    Terrify needs more recharge and damage, less fear and debuff.
    I'd REALLY consider an epic with END recovery power, this build is gonna be bad for END as you're taking leadership.
  4. TK needs 3 EndRdx.
    Dominate needs to be slotted for HOLD, not damage, you're a controller after all
    2 ACC's in everything with slotted tactics?
    Where, in the name of all that is good, is terrify? It's the most useful power of mind, period. Take it, 6-slot it, and love it.

    That basically leaves sonic to buff resistance. This will always be handy. But she says it has annoying sounds. Maybe kinetics but that doesn't much help defense, I won't have any endurance problems in the long run (getting stamina and conserve power and slotting heavily for endredux), etc.



    [/ QUOTE ]See my post above. Dark, Rad and Storm all have great powers (although storm can be harmful even, if used badly) to complement /SR, and offer very varied tricks. Also, kin would be a great offensive booster, but is slightly lacking defensively.

  7. I'm only around 3 days at the week at school times, this week am away wed and thurs. The days I'm around, usually any time is fdine as long as it's agreed on earlier.
  8. RI and EF are a must, and personally I'd consider invis and Phase nearly useless, So I'd swap those powers.

    Now stealth and LR... It's down to playstyle I guess, neither is that appealing to me, but If I had to pick I'd take LR.
  9. Dark/ or Rad/ defender, possibly Storm/ but that requires muchois experience.

    All three have toHit debuffs that synergize with SR, healing to keep her standing longer, RES debuffs to make her hit 'em harder, and muchos other nicey stuff.
  10. RI is definitely worth 6 slots, either 3/3 ToHit/Def Debuff, or 3/2/1 ToHit/Def Debuff/EndRdx.

    It may be less your build causing the problem in some ways, and more the circumstances, and also just lack of PvP experience and knowledge. I don't mean that in any bad way, just that it takes more than a few fights to really start understanding what powers work well against who, when to use them, and how to effectively team in PvP. I really think that a good PvPer could take even a really gimped toon into PvP and find some use for them, even though a good PvP build would massively improve them. Conversely, someone who has no PvP experience couldn't take control of a perfectly-built PvP toon and destroy everyone in a PvP zone first time.

    It's not just PvP skill, it's overall gameplay skill.

    If the actual effect is usefull is something else, this is about the fact how to 'start' it. Defender gets it also 'automatic', while blaster realy have to risk his debt to even get it close to 10% extra damage.


    [/ QUOTE ]With defenders, a teammate has to be at low HP, it's no more automatic than blasters, harder to control, and provides less benefit.

  20. What you're doing wrong? You lack RI and EF, not going any deeper as that is a REAL problem with this build.

  22. Must-Haves:
    Hurricane
    Ice Slick
    Block Of Ice
    Freezing Rain
    Snow Storm
    Jack Frost
    Glacier

    Everything else is extra, although all storm powers are useful, apart for O2 and Thunder Clap.
