    I don't know how many mobs have To Hit buffs tho? Nemesis with Vengance and DE with those crystal things are a couple that spring to mind. In the majority of cases, defence over 45% is not helping at all I think.

    [/ QUOTE ]Arachnos, R.I.P. and PPD(I think) use tactics at least. Also, there are many enemies with Def debuffs. (Just about anybody with guns, bladed weapons or radiation).
  5. I got 7 kraken badges in the space of two weeks last summer, after that I've seen him... maybe 5 times.
  6. More than three heal SO's are a waste, replace the rest with rech/end.
    Resurrect should be fine with 1 RchRdx.
    The DefBuffs in stealth and CJ are a waste, the base values are very low.
    CM doesn't need slotting IMO, just 1 EndRdx/RchRdx in the default slot.
    6-slot fort with 3 rech and either 3 def or 2 def 1 ToHit.
    RA could use 1 EndMod instead of an EndRdx.
    Give AB 3 rech/3 heal.
    Also, I suggest moving the powers around to get travel power at 14, it's invaluable if you're going to exemplar.

    [/ QUOTE ]That quote clearly shows that AV's have accuracy modifier of 1.5, which means their accuracy is higher than minion's. Also, see the numbers by States here, they clearly show that enemies of higher rank and level have higer accuracy.

    [/ QUOTE ]Nope, higher level/rank foes still have higher accuracy, as do foes with ToHit buffs, defence just scales better.

    While there is a hard defence cap at somewhere around 200-300% (IIRC), no character in the game can get even close to it alone. Of course, enemies always have at least 5% ToHit chance, so how much defence is required to 'cap' against most foes is far less than the hard cap. However, since rank and level increase enemies accuracy, you can't really have too much defense.

    The first heavy mezzer I encountered was Frostfire. Only CoT bosses mez AFAIK. I got Wet Ice at 6 and Hoarforst at 8 and I don't think I needed Wet Ice between 6 and 8.

    [/ QUOTE ]Mainly the fact that the physics engine reacts very well to gravity powers. Singularity collects debris (which shatters around when it gets hit), wormhole takes stuff with it as well as enemies, entities summoned with propel stick around...

  22. True, but range makes you move faster. Also, the end drain isn't too bad as long as you have stamina.
