With 'healing' you feel like you're doing something...until you get into a good team, where no healing is needed. At that point, empathy becomes nothing more than handing out fort, auras and AB when they're available, which is boring as hell.

I'd like to know how you're going to make Elec/ Into an AoE build, seeing as it only has one small cone and one long-recharge AoE...

Shadow fall only gives protection against (IIRC) fear and confuse.

You'll want power burst and stamina ASAP, drop things like aim and assault a bit further in levels.

Union, Galaxy Girl statue, 9 PM BST.

Stamina 3 slotted, Consume 6 slotted (3/3 Rech/EndMod, or possibly 2 EndMod 1 Acc), at least 1 End in all attacks and toggles (Two in AoE's and blazing aura) and you'll be fine.

Ice is the higest survivability tank next to granite form stone, the best aggro keeper, and doesn't suffer from most the downsides other sets have (Psi vulnerability/movement restrictions/lacking status protection).

For secondary, seeing as you don't want NRG, Axe and SS are the next best single target damagers. Fire is best AoE set, and ice is best survivability and control. Mace is just gimp

As the set was announced it sounded as if you could go without Stamina by using endu-mods in your attacks. In PvP it will be very useful to drain other players but it does not help yourself alot.

Any day after the 3rd should be fine, if I can drag myself away from villains (And possibly oblivion, should be getting my new gfx card on the week starting on 5th).

EM is the highest single target damage set.

I'd take both jab and punch, as well as the other ST attacks from SS, with all of them you're huge ST damager, nearly as good as EM.

what kinda binds are we talking about here? If they include henchman names, you might need to change them to correspond the german names...
