Dominators hold has shorter recharge and longer duration than MM/corruptor ones, plus you get AoE control.

Darkest night could use another EndRdx.
Fearsome stare is definitely worth 6 slots.
Dark servant requires 3 recharges to make perma for MM's, and AFAIK this applies to corruptors as well. Also, it doesn't need ACC.
Swap hasten into L35 and drop hurdle.
All in all, fairly solid build, very close to what I'd make with those sets -

No acc needed. I know the power takes it but it's autohit. Slot 2 or 3 recharge and 1 end red. No slows needed really.
Use freezing rain + snowstorm and crushing field to set up containment.
[/ QUOTE ]It's not auto-hit, but it uses the summon accuracy so it's about 200% ACC, and it also has DEF debuff, so the accuracies aren't needed. -
If you're not taking hurricane, you might as well not roll storm, it is THE defining power of the set.

Yup, as damage and resistance are the same thing for enhancements at least.

Well, it recharges fairly quickly anyways, and there's not often situations where you need to spam it quickly.

Hasten? Cant see how that can help a "pure" tank. Taunt recharges plenty fast enough, I can only really see it helping with Hoarfrost and Hibernate, but with 3SO in these, they should be up enough for when needed. I can only see Hasten being really worth it if you a playing a more skranker build myself.
[/ QUOTE ]Hoarfrost, hibernate, aid self, your AoE attack (which you need both to take more aggro, and mobs to die quicker), ice patch (if you're /ice), and fireball (if you're */*/fire, it's good pullling and aggroing tool). Also, hasten allows you to slot for more end than rech, meaning that you're likely to stay fighting longer. -
If you want pools to add survivability, get aid self before anything else, it adds way more sustainable DPS than the others.

[/ QUOTE ]Lighting rod recharge is only 2/3 of what it's supposed to be atm though, it'll be 90 seconds in the final build. -
Quills before stamina is not too good. Also, you need spine burst ASAP, should've taken it at L2 really, barb swipe is a horrible power and should never be taken...

Do NOT slot BFR with any more than 1 rech, the animation time is a real killer. Give it 1 acc, 3 hold and either 1/1 or 0/2 Rech/end.

It is mentioned by both the contact who gives you the mission to visit Wincott, and by Wincott himself.
The contact that gives you the mission to see Wincott should say something like:
"He could really use your help in reclaiming the Hollows. Of course, we can really use your help here, too. Wherever you'd like to lend a hand, you'll be welcome."
Then, when you speak to Wincott, he should say something like:
"Otherwise, you can keep pursuing leads with your current contacts. I'll still be here if you decide the fight for the Hollows is something you want to be a part of."
[/ QUOTE ]Would it be possible to change wincott into a normal contact introduction, or make his mish (and while you're at it, the other contact introduction mishes, AND security chief ones) only take the hunt/patrol mission slot, so they don't fully block advancement?
As it is, most new players never realize you don't HAVE to go to the hollows. -

Damn 4 pool limit...
A stoner without TP and with 3 slotted swift CAN be viable, but only barely...
And dropping fitness pool wouldn't be too good move either... Meh -
Drop SS and weave (Weave=teh crap, really), get recall at 10, TP at 14, hasten 24, boxing 26 and tough 28.
Also, take health instead of hurle.
