It's made by editing demo files, just changed the statesman model into the place of a PC model. Or alternatively totally self-coded demo file, but that's unlikely.

It was stated by devs that ALL effects you can slot in the power affect the hench. That's exactly why recharge reductions were removed, to prevent confusion.

It isn't really needed, however a /kin only gets transference at 35, while stamina is available at 20.

That is awfully slow mid-mish however and kinda impossible to do when fighting. Killing a single pet, however, is not.

Slot tar patch 3 rech 1 slow, the recharge is most important as all -RES powers are pure gold
Fearsome stare could use a 6th slot, preferably recharge.

Rather just run speed in SS, it doesn't drain much unless you plan on having it on constantly.
Tactics is there just for +pers I take it? Otherwise, slot 2 end and 3 ToHit.
The damage in soul drain might be better off as ToHit.
Oh, and I have no D3 experience, but have /DB at 50 and /DM at 40 -
You should consider medicine pool and aid self, if you don't already have it.

It's AoE stun, unlike the defender version. Also, it's either EM Pulse, or EMP, but NOT a bloody EMP Pulse

If you're going to level an empath with PUG's, you will want to start creating and leading teams, it makes things MUCH easier.

The version of CoH Planner you're using is severely out of date. Mutation is indeed a Rez power. It provides a really substantial buff to the rezzed character, but there hasn't been any kind of penalty associated with it since the launch of I3.

You don't need 3 IntRdx in Aid Self, the interrupt time is fairly short, I'd go with 3/1/1/1 heal/int/rech/end. Or possibly swap that 1 end for another rech/int.

1. Fire/Ice (both are great, it's too hard to pick)
2. Electric (ok damage, hold, snipe and ranged nuke, decent secondary effect)
3. Sonic (ok damage, ranged stun, great secondary effect)
4. Energy (ok damage, snipe)
5. Assault Rifle (good damage, but has [censored] animation. It's just too slow for quick damage)
6. Archery (ugh, better play WoW instead if you want to use a bow)
[/ QUOTE ]I'd rank archery higher, it has 10% acc boost, the 3rd ST attack is long range, and the Tier 9 power is possibly the most useful of all blaster ones, especially after LBAoE boost (Transferrable buffs) in I7.

T1 henches all getting a PBAoE heal, and few other things look a wee bit overpowered, but otherwise 'tis nice.

The problem with inv is that you can't tank properly before 18 as your aggro aura comes so late.

IIRC, It hits minions and lt's by default, so one slot gets bosses as well. I think you can get AV's with 2 slots, or possibly 3, but haven't tested personally.
