  2. From mind, you can skip... Mesmerize/levitate... and that's about it. From rad, I'd say mutate, chocking cloud, and fallout, but since you want fallout, that leaves 2. You also want 8 pool powers, which gives a total of 23, out of 24 available powers, which is bad. I'd say drop at least fallout, and propably the leadership pool as well.... unless you're making it for PvP only, in which case total dom, mass confuse and mass hypnosis are droppable, as well as possibly EMP.

    As for upgrade slotting, I'd say 1 EndRdx in the first, 2 in the 2nd.

    Weaken could use some ToHit debuffs, serum isn't opropably worth the power pick, and you'll want neurotoxin breath in there somewhere.

    Tar patch doesn't need that much slow IMO.
    DN wants two end reducers.
    Don't slot health, it's not worth it with a self-heal.
    Slot shadow fall 1/2 end 3 res 0-2 def, in that order.
    Soul extraction wants recharge, 2 to make perma, 3 to stack.
    Aid other even when you have twilight grasp? If you really want it, at least give it decent amount of slots.
    DS needs 3 rech to perma.
    Give dark embrace one EndRdx.
    Soul tentacles could use damage
    Don't bother slotting acro, 6-slot your PPP hold however.

    Also, I suggest you swtch the power order so that you have SJ at L14, it's very good if you need to malefactor down.

    Brute accuracy is not any worse than most other characters'. However, accuracy in general is low until you have proper enhancements in your powers.

I got two temporary travel powers from the Mayhem missions (Atlas and Kings Row) and plan to pick the Sky Raider Flight Pack from Lt Chalmers in my early 20s. So far at 18th level I still ahve over 85 minutes left on the Jump Pack and over 100 minutes left on the flight pack. Add in another 60 minutes from the sky raider pack and thats over 4 hours of travel powers..more than enough to get me to 24 hopefully.

  10. That doesn't work while travelling though... Still, TP works fine with no end reducers as long as you have even stamina.

    Terrify is an AWESOME power, it's a very large cone, decent debuff, long duration fear, nice recharge and good AoE damge. Invoke panic? That's just crap
  12. TP needing slots is a popular myth, and nothing more. After stamina, TP is fine with no end reducers, especially if you have some sort of endurance management power (which you do, in case you're /elec?).
  13. Your accuracy will be bad until you start slotting powers with accuracy DO or SO enhancements. (or alternatively lots of acc TO's, but you need 4 to give the effect one SO does).

  17. Thugs gets bruiser, a melee hench, who is fairly durable. Poison gets noxious gas, a lasting PBAoE effect on one hench. Those two have great synergy, which is what makes thug/pois come on top against merc/pois.

    I'd keep dark, it's quite possibly the set with most synergy with storm. If you have to reroll and pick sonic/archery/elec, hget sonic, since itt has the most synergy of those three.

    Tanker powerpool and ancilliary pool attacks don't have gauntlet (revealed while the tanker attack = aoe attack bug was on test) - so i doubt that brute patron powers will have a taunt effect.

  25. Stone's stun power is better, as well as the 3 first attacks, which you noted yourself. So if someone wants those to be their main strengths, he picks stone over SS. There are differences, so which set is 'better' is down to preference. Sure other might have better sustainable DPS, or something else, but the other set wins on something else. Also, concept is a big thing to be taken into account as well.
