Brawl is part of my attack chain
[/ QUOTE ]Then your build is really, REALLY [censored] up. -

Second, it is now auto-hit. Whcih should have cured some of the odd aggro issues with it and reduces the required slotting.
[/ QUOTE ]
I've been wondering about that. Why does it accept accuracy enhancers? Are they just for PvP?
[/ QUOTE ]Yup, same as taunt. -
Did you use the fire powers on the enemies, or the slick? You need to target the slick with fire/energy damage powers to light it.
-
Jusst been reminded by Cynic that the walls are in fact AV's... will come along 'till the first wall, but if it HAS been affected by the HP and regen boost... we aint gonna make it.
-
I'll be there, will also be picking up warburg nuke earlier if all goes well, need -regen for the titan.
Also, we need at least one L39-41 tio start it, unless they've fixed it. -
Personally, I use IH a LOT, but that's because I'm a herding spines scrapper. If you always team and tend to get very little aggro, tough might be the better choice, but for taking lots of damage, IH wins by far.
-
I'd drop mental blast, sure it's decent damage, but with that animation time, especially in PvP, I don't think it's worth it.
-
IIRC AS gives slightly more damage than haymaker, although it's been a while since I played my SS brute.
-
Knockback redundant in PvE? Could I get some of the stuff you're smoking? Knockback is a wonderful control toll, when used correctly, especially if combined with energy blast.

How long does an unslotted instant healing last?
[/ QUOTE ]As long as a slotted one, 90 secs -

MaX is correct.
Do I go into the sig now? xD
[/ QUOTE ]Oh, I haven't had room for new stuff in there for months -
IH is immensely more powerful, and it is THE power to allow regen to take big amounts of damage. Definitely take it before tough.
-
Ice is heavily single-target focused, although the two rains are decent area damage, especially in I7 as they're now affected by damage buffs.

i agree with Max... apart from i would drop conserve power instead of stealth for hasten... conserve power truthuly is preety rubish :S
[/ QUOTE ]It aint too good, but no way is it as rubbish as stealth
(Especially when the char doesn't have SS). -
I'd propably slot 1 acc in other attacks, and 2 in follow up, as well as some ToHit buffs in it. Especially since you have FA.

endurance-usage is something that can be controlled with the brain, as well as with enhancements; recharge times cannot.
[/ QUOTE ]Ever heard of recharge reduction enhancements? -

For those interested by "How to colorize your hero/vilain although I'm not good at drawing" (and see how I proceeded to draw "Sabot de Pan"), it's here
[/ QUOTE ]You guys get redname responses on the creative boards? o.0
Oh, and great work -
The short while I tried my grav/NRG dom at L40 I could solo fine. However, the damage isn't that great, takes a while to kill stuff.
-
I suggest those who can go get the nukes from Warburg, the -regen should be very useful. Shivans won't hurt either

Hasten increses your attack Rate by 70% I think, not sure on that, but that'd be 70% of the 50% of your recharge time, but when it runs out your end drops quite a bit.
[/ QUOTE ]It doesn't drop that much, it's pretty much the equivalent of an AoE attack, 20 end IIRC. If you take into account how long it lasts, that's very little over time. -
You might want to put episodes 12-17 up on the website

Hmm... might just do away with a travel power. You get temporary travel powers from Mayhem Missions, right?
[/ QUOTE ]Two temp. travel powers of 2 hours from mayhems (SJ and Fly), one 90 min jetpack in 15-20 range, and one more somewhere in sharkshead range.... IMO not enough to create char without travel power. -

lo again
Just want to post a proposed build up and say thanks for the help. I've only managed to get her to lvl 8 with i7 and exams popping up recently
anyway here it is, c+c greatly appreciated
*Snip*
[/ QUOTE ]Fossilize is your main power, 6-slot it, preferably 2 acc 3 hold 1 rech. (actually, seeing as you don't have hasten, give it 2 rech and drop one acc or hold).
You'll want some endurance in stone cages.
Give RI one more ToHit debuff.
EF needs at least 2 EndRdx, possibly 3.
Mutate does not need more than 1 slot if you're doing your job well, those slots are much better use elsewhere.
6-slot stalagmites, acc, rech and stun, no damage.
TP doesn't really need slots, only add those if you have no better place.
Give earthquake 3 rech.
LR only needs some ACC, and 3 rech.
Give volcanic gasses 3 rech and 3 hold, it's LBAoE and thus has fairly high ACC (Not 100% on this, if am wrong then 2 acc 3 rech 1 hold).
You'll propably want another EndRdx in CC
I'd strongly suggest taking TI or hasten instead of stealth. -
Since I6, Ice has been the best defensive primary apart for granite stone, and got better with I7. It's also best aggro grabber, and doesn't have many of the weaknesses of other sets. Ice primary seems to be the FotM for tanks atm. So yes, it's a very solid primary, although the fact tat it's defencew based adds certain risk against higly powerful foes.
