  1. Umm, i'm pretty sure there was a mix-up when I purchased the expansion on Steam. I guess I somehow created a new account and that's where both of my purchases landed. Though i'm not sure how my booster got there also. Just weird. Anyway, I only lost 2 guys and the highest was only 8th so no big loss. Time to start anew =). Thanks for the responses though.
  2. Someone mentioned a few pages back that they hoped that CoH/V wouldn't lose customers because of this. Well, i'm new and i'm relatively certain this has just happened to me. I started on Saturday and purchased the Magic Costume booster. No booster and now it's telling me that my time has expired on the log-in and yet my account management screen says that I am valid till June 2. Well, sorry to say that if this is indeed the case, I won't be coming back. Hopefully not cuz i've been enjoying it.
  3. My account is in good standing until June2, 2009 according to the account management site and yet it's telling me that my time has expired at log-in. I also purchased the Magic Costume booster that never became available even after activating the code. I already have a ticket in for the booster issue but I am obviously unable to play the game at all at this point.
  4. and activated it for my account but the new costume sets do not appear in my list. What do I do at this point?
