Nearly right - medieval does not ever mean orcs and goblins.

Orcs, goblins and similar beasties are at various levels of (primarily Western European) myth/fantasy/fiction - they never existed in reality, neither pre- nor post-1500.

Medieval refers to reality - somewhere between about 500 and 1500 AD.

Not in a comicbook/superhero genre game. It'd just regress to the standard Sword & Sorcery carp of any other MMO.

I agree. When I got my first character up in the level 30-40's I was frustrated with every other mission/arc having an EB in it. Even though it was a scrapper I played it.

Making EB's optional would be a good idea for squishy characters or just when you don't want to fight EB's all the time.

While I have that feeling between the levels 10-20 I don't really mind the levels "in between" on the other levels. And like others said, I am glad to get so many new slots when I get to 30ish.

In other games it can be indeed be much worse.

Well, I don't know how closed this closed beta is but earlier closed beta's where just for some people and would be very short so it would take too much time to choose people from the EU to be involved in the closed beta.

Problem is that the people who care are often put down as whiners by the people that think they matter. As a result, a lot of people just give up on the forums so it's hard to say the forums are representative of the user base.

In many topics regarding things players want at least one post states that we as forum members are hardly representative of the player/user base because most people won't even bother coming to the forums(or post in them).

As NCSoft has bough the CoX IP Cryptic does not have any say anymore whether CoX will cease to exist due to Champions.

In short, CoX isn't run by Cryptic anymore so they can't spend or lose money on it.

Except if you are left handed and use the mouse with the left hand so you control the keyboard with your right hand.

I use the arrow keys to move, have all of my attacks
chained to my numpad and the keys above the arrows.

Or you just could give an answer why arrow keys are supposed to be bad.

While I'm sure there are people who think they know all and have a serious case of elitism I think it's unfair to say that it's that bad on this forum.

I'm a total noob when it comes to how to play stuff in this game.I hit random power buttons and most of the time it works out well enough...(okay...you do learn a thing or two after so many months) and I never felt that people on here treated me as a noob or thought of me different.

So, while I'm not saying there aren't people on here and in the game who are elitist I think some of you are exaggerating the problem.

Imo of course.
