I agree with the sentiment of the OP but that you didn't communicate that you had two talk missions is not the games fault of course.

But yes, get rid of Talk to X or give an option: I rather not.

Or make it account wide, did it once, you don't ever have to do that again.

That's the point, I don't use a creditcard, I don't even have a creditcard.

Yet someone managed to break in my clickandbuy account to add a creditcard to that account and buy stuff for in WoW.

Ah, that must be why they allow other people to add credit cards without your permission(and leave you with the bill) because they hacked your account. Because they are saver.

Edit: Sorry, don't let my negative experiences with click and buy to persuade anyone from using it. I'm sure loads of people used this service without any problems at all.

More payment options is always good I guess.

Yes, or at least give a warning before you go to the new contact.

Like: "Hey, I have this guy you should meet, however you need to be level X before you can do his missions.

The most ridicilous encounter I ever had was where the contact I had been doing missions for says: You need to be level x for a new assignment. And then I got to level X and the new assignment is a new contact, then I got to new contact and it says I need to be even one level higher.

That shouldn't be possible...

Meh, as I can't buy any stuff from the ingame store I'll have to pass this up, not that I really needed it anyway, I'm already having trouble finishing one story(because somehow I feel I'm wasting my time creating virtual missions while a freaking building is on fire two blocks away!)

Then again, would farmers really need so many slots?

After reading all the comments(and the article) I gotta say, some people don't get it why people are upset. Besides the fact that I feel insulted by some people who are telling us that we should get a life because we play a game.

I find it odd that this man is surprised by the reactions of people who he grieved. Teleporting foes into drones has nothing to do with PVPing, or hell, playing the game. That's just trying to make sure other players get angry at you.

If he had actually played the game he might have come to another conclusion. (Or not, I avoid PvP zones like the plague, mostly because I just suck at it )

I'm really against Mandatory missions and I think that other suggestions(in this thread and others) are a much better idea to show new people the world beyond MA while people who enjoy MA in any way, shape or form are not hindered by it.

I barely use the MA(although I'm working on a story in there) but The Hollows is still a zone I avoid if possible. Mostly because I have done most of it, multiple times.

They should stop giving you contacts out of your level range period.

It's really irritating when you are done with one characters story line go to a contact he/she gave you and when there he/she said you need to be level X. Where X stands for the level which is just one or two levels above you.

I'm so looking forward to DXP, can't wait to get my power ranger/mystic knight of tir na nog valkyrie inspired broadsword/shield scrapper to 35 to get those talsorian sword and shield
