  2. I actually like the idea of going toe to toe(s) with AV's while having you're abilities boosted to THEIR levels, on top of any IO's you have already....it would be pretty epic
  3. umm...so people took a KB heavy set like Energy, used power boost, and it (Godforbib) changed any knockDOWN power into knockBACK?

  4. SR does crazy things with it's soft cap and base DDR. Godly indeed
  5. you want to put 3 end mods in stamina and a 4th slot for the Chance for +End. It doesn't fire off enough to warrant taking the place of the 3rd end mod IO.

  7. I'm so glad the new guys thread has so many replies now! lol

    I'll throw a build into mids sunday evening after my girl heads back to UF and have you guys **** it maliciously to tell me how bad I'll suck if using said build.

    So do I understand correctly that Travel supresses after using recon now? What about IH and DP?

    Gonna take SS for my travel and CJ for some mobility, probably leave out the fitness pool. Looks like Manuvers for a mule and tactics for +per. Stealth and Invis/Phase. Sharks and Hibernate.
