  1. Also keep in mind all the recharge times above are with hasten up. They'll be slightly longer than that since hasten isnt perma. The +recharge proc in FS will help with that a little bit but not fully.

Jumping into a mob and FS will almost certaintly give you the +recharge each time. Don't look too much into the fact that hasten does drop and isnt perma. Just don't jump into a mob with footstomp down so you CAN footstomp soon as you mob dive, and you'll do fine.
  2. You're looking at using all the purple sets cept the pet one. Giving you Hasten recharging in 127 seconds (slightly longer considering it'll be down 7 seconds before recharged, but not far out of that.)

    Healing flames in 11.5 seconds
    Footstomp in 5.8
new burn patch every 8.3 seconds
Dark obliteration every 9.28 (Half the damage of FS roughly, but still good damage. Sub the KD proc if you want)
Consume up every minute. Considering it gives a +end recovery buff now, for what...15 seconds? It's plenty to sustain you through the crashes and attack usage.

You dont HAVE To use this build, it's pretty much a sparkley "Look what I have" Kinda thing, but it'll be effective.

Honestly, if the first build works for you (which it should, and does for me for farming) then I'd stick with that and use any purple drops to either tweak it to your liking, or twink out another toon.

    Enjoy.

  3. ok this is my CURRENT build. IE: The one I'm running to handle the endurance issues without enough purples to offset the recovery+give the recharge for consume to come back faster. If you want what my final build will look like I can post that too, but for now, this farms the Nemesis farm with ease on +1 or +2/x8 OR it'll do fire demons at +4/8 with relative ease.

A lot of people will say +4 is not worth it cause of the HP buff they get, but with the burn un-nerf and the FE buff, footstomp+burn does the job just fine.

Like I said, if you want my final build I'll post it but it's gonna be pricey as hell.

Before that I had 4 eradications (including the proc), one other proc of your choosing and the FF recharge proc.

my build is on my other computer, in my other room, and I have 3 beers in front of me at this computer.

So yea, I'll try and post my build up tomorrow. It AE farms at +4/x8 with general ease by leveraging footstomp soon as you hit the spawn, and burn to melt them. Healing Flames to obviously heal and then FS again. Things.....die.
  6. LygerZero

    Claws/FA

RotP is also a great set mule for the absolute amazements
  7. LygerZero

    8/19 ninja nerf?

considering I was just running AE on +4/8 on my SS/FA, nothing is wrong.
Invul also checked out at +4/8.

Goes to show, if you want something done right...don't invite a stoner

    (get it! lol)
  8. LygerZero

    Brute Question

Invul is amazing with some investment

WP is amazing with less investment, and damn near unstoppable with more.

Dark is nice if you can cap the S/L and fall back on that and the resists of the secondary along with the mez and the ginormous heal.

Shields with some heavy investment is down right sick. +Damage aura in it, with a heavy hitting AoE from your primary (like Footstomp from SS, spin from Claws or Fire Sword Circle from fire) is awesome.

really...anything can work. Depends on what you want to do. Personally, I say invul or WP. I'm bias'd to invul. Mine is at 47% def with one in invince and 10 sec off perma DP. Took a lot of money, but well well worth the cost.

    Claws/FA

quick glace, it doesnt look bad at all. Just remember KC's are pretty pricey. Though with A-Merits now it only take like 30 min of work a day for 2 days to get one piece. Roughly.

With the changes to burn and FE, Claws should do really well. I love my SS/Fire.

  12. yes. go to Email, click new. Input your global name EXACTLY HOW IT IS IN GAME. Input how much influence youre gonna send. Add a subject and a body. One word in each will do or it wont send.

    Click send.

Go to other toon, open email. Select "Get item" from the open email. All done.
  13. I'd take my Invul brute over an invul tank anyday. Sure the resists arent as easy to cap out, but once ya get 45% def with one baddie in invince, it's all basically the same deal anyway.

Mine is at 41% def with nothing in invince, over 45% WITH 1 person in invince, after fury starts rolling, more damage than a scrapper.

So more survivable than a tank, more damage than a scrap. Yes please.

Roll invul, invest in it, and love it.

    ITF for your argument =fail.

Defense is still better than resistance....in the ITF it's your DDR that makes you better with resistance. SR has 95% DDR. Safe as can be.

My invul has 46% def with ONE baddy inside invince. Cascade failure only starts to take effect after 45%, but with that many around me, I start in the 60's.

    Def>Res any day

Low DDR<Res when against -def stacking fools.

  16. Yea seriously....with my AE map alone, I was up around 6M per hour, buuut if you take into account in that 1 hour I capped my tickets, bought 14 Pangean soils, and sold them all for 3 million a pop.....voila....damn near close to 50M an hour.

    iWin?

FYI - I'll gladly take a guaranteed 48-50M an hour over a !CHANCE! for a purple...

but as Silas said....inf/min (or inf/hour) is ONLY counted by kills, not drops.

And sorry Shadow....I'll clear my drunk posts with the correct regulatory commitee for alcholics next time

    Dont penalize my habits!!

Ooooo....thats what I get for posting drunk! Damn....
  18. 1) Find a enemy group that suits your defense/resistance type
    2) Set map for +2/8
    3) ???
    4) Profit

Personally, my brute (3 of them I rotate in and out of diff maps) can each pull in 3M per hour. That may or may not be on the "Lower high level" side, but 3M an hour is still a pretty penny. 500K is childs play. Cater to your strengths.

When I play my brute in RWZ or Cimerora and a tank joins the team...it makes me happy. Why? I no longer have to worry about trying to maintain aggro, etc. Instead, I can now proceed to be the main purpose of my brute...to deal damage.

Let the tanks have their survivability and aggro control. I'd much rather just bash things in the face when I play my brutes.
I'll take my survivability, aggro control, FURY, *and* damage...

    Fixed
  22. Difference being, with IO's you can turn a brute into a tanker. You'll never slot enough +dmg IO's to make a tanker into a brute....

Just saying...I'll take my villany any day
  23. Well that sucks. Repel ball was a ton of fun back in the day.

O well...back to being bored with just storing my PvP IO's :-/
  24. For like, Repel ball and such? WTF m8....
