I did it because I am currently experiencing a 3-4 week lag hell. If I don't go home and pass out from lack of sleep tonight, I think I might try to post something over in the tech forums about it. (Gotta get the programs to get my system info to post for you all).

I used to be able to dual box (although on slightly lowered graphics) and run the game at pretty great graphic settings. Then about 3-4 weeks ago, I started experiencing massive lag when I play. It's not contant, but it gets worse the bigger the team I'm on, or the more graphic effects going on. Tried several things, still experiencing it. So when on TF's, I set it at the absolute minimum to try to ease the lag... <sigh>

Thank you to everyone that joined us last night!

We had a couple of people unable to make it, but we also had Joe plus a PUG willing to join us, so we ran with two full teams.

My team was:

Motorpsycho Nightmare: Psi/MM Blaster
Barstow Betty: Ill/Rad Controller

Alterse7en: Ice/Kin Controller

As mentioned already, I don't think I've ever run a TF with the Horde with Luna as the leader, so I did not have the right key setup to toggle on and off my UI, so no stat box in the pics. We did take some pics in the final room, and here is one. Sorry the quality is bleh on the pic, I've got my graphics set to minimum in an attempt to not lag as badly. <Sigh>

We had two people on the team who had never done this TF before. I tried to explain as we went, what needed to be done, but we had an antsy crew last night, so some of the objectives were cleared before I could even finish trying to explain to them what was going on.

We finished in roughly 1 hour, 4 minutes with 24 deaths.

Thanks again for joining everyone. This TF got my husband's toon Grimnor about 3-4 bars away from 50, so sometime next week I'll be running a Mendor Silos TF at his request to get him the final bit to 50. I'll post a sign up sheet once I figure out what day (probably later in the week, next week).

The previous thread, was started to just give people a heads up that I was restarting the Hero side weekly TF's on the 20th, and to give people a place to discuss what builds they might want to work on for the people that will be leveling new toons for this run of TF's.

I always start a new thread with the needed information for each week's Task Force.

I've found that a lot of people sign up, and then you never see them again. So, unless I've run with someone for a while, and I know they are reliable, I do not automatically sign people up.

I'll add you on to the list for Positron.

Taking a quick glance at my notes of who all is on Vent as of right now:

4 blasters, a rad/rad, a WS and a Tank. Not a horrible mix... the rad would be your buffs/debuffs/heals.... I would prefer to put another person with heals and/or rez on there. But it would be do-able. We'll see how it shakes out for Monday though.

Ok, Good to know Turg. I've got all three Rad Debuffs on Gabe. I'll get some Shivans tonight before the TF.

I also have Choking Cloud on Gabe, but I'm a pretty endurance heavy build, so I'll need some serious buffing from others to keep up the 2 debuff toggles plus Choking Cloud. I also have 2 leadership toggles, but I sometimes don't run those due to endurance issues on him.

Right now Beauty is less than one bar from lvl 10 - I am planning on taking recall friend, so I guess I could take it for my next power &amp; try to pick up a low level stealth IO to achieve complete invisibility. She currently has SS, PFF &amp; Assemble the Team.

Plus, what you see is what you get with me. I talk in game the same way I talk in person. So the whole ((RP)) crap just annoyed the heck outta me. I don't wanna take the time to figure out if a person is that way, or if they are in "character".

But yeah, I play mostly female toons, and getting hit on over on Virtue just had a whole "creepy" vibe to it that getting hit on, on Freedom does not have
