Yep add the appropriate one for each toon. They list Rikti invasions, Zombie invasions, Giant Monster sightings, Fires in Steel Canyon, and Troll Raves in Skyway. Great for badging

I think the Freedom Horde is scheduled to stop by the Shadow Shard in late October thru early November. Still you can always go by yourself and see the cool sights . You enter it through Fire Base Zulu in Portal Corp in Peregrine Island. As soon as you zone in, you'll see General Hammond (I think that's his name) and he'll have you do some missions to get you used to the zone.

Croatoa: Ghosts, Witches, Wookies, and evil gnomes. Plus 2 Giant Monsters, Plus Sally the resident Loch Ness Monster of the Lake there. How can you not love that zone?

He won't be able to get into the Shadow Shard if his toon is mid 20's, it's 40+. But YOU should go

Long story short, he and I both beta'd many games together and used to play most MMOs together, but going for my masters and him generally being overworked (as I once was) resulted in disconnecting over the last couple of years. I'm trying to get him back in this weekend or in the near future, and I'm looking for a place to shake him down.

If he has higher level characters, work on getting him in Cimeroria (spelling? Gah!). Or head to the shadow shard, or Crotoa.

If he's going to be on a trial account, duo with him in King's Row or Galaxy.

Corruptor's.... Damage plus debuffs. Not as pain in the butt as a Mastermind. Not as much work as being a Brute (Tank). Dom's are fun too, and I love my earth Dom. Control plus Damage. I find stalkers a bit boring.

Just depends on what kinda stuff you want to do

They didn't explicitly say that it was a speed run. However, either they were on Vent, or knew exactly where to go for each cyst, etc.
Basically, it was really, really evident during the cyst run that everyone OTHER than myself had a stealth option. As soon as we were on that map, it was a seven-way split.

Like you said, either they were all on Vent, or they were all regular speed runners, and had probably ran with each other before.

I've been on both options. It gets way too ugly when the team splits if people are not all on the same page. Especially if they are not all 50's.

I tend to use that TF as an XP gainer, because I have lots of money on my toons, and I'm not really into maxing out my toons with IO's, so farming it for merits and money doesn't really appeal to me. So I usually bring someone that can gain XP to it. Which means, I'm usually squishy as heck

I learned early on that I'm not a fan of Speed ITF's, so I only join ITF's if I'm leading, or on a team that I know will stick together and not go crazy (Freedom Horders!).

A speed run can go for as little as 20-30 minutes. A kill lots of stuff run is 2ish hours.

Most Freedom Horde runs are around an hourish.

Note: We are running two TF's this coming Monday night, a Cavern of Transcendence Trial and an ITF. I expect the CoT Trial to last under 30 minutes. Because of the requirement that 8 people complete the CoT Trial, I will be limiting the number of teams for it to 3. If you cannot handle a half hour TF, don't sign up

Please let me know when signing up if you want to do just the CoT Trial, or if you want to do the ITF as well. Please also let me know what level toon you expect to bring to the ITF to assist in setting up teams. Thanks!

Yeah as I posted over in the other thread, I'm going to start capping the Monday night TF's at 3ish teams from now on. That way we can spread out the buffers and tanks a bit better. Once we do that, each team should be fantastic! From what I can tell, we should have 2-3 rads each week, 2-3 bubbler/sonic shielders each week, at least 3-5 tanks a week, and hopefully some more emps/kins/darks. I think this round of TF's is going to steam roll once we get over last nights hiccup. &lt;Sorry Mr E!&gt;
