Boooooo - Over a week later, and some of the roads here are still covered in ice... It's finally getting warm enough to start melting, but because there was so much of it, it's taking freaking forever! =P

Quote:Yay! Glad you'll be able to join us CP! Just give me a heads up if you can as to which Mondays you wont be around so that your team doesn't wait if you cannot make it cause of work. As always it's not a problem with us =)Hey Luna, I can't be certain that I will be there every monday because of work....which you know. But As I will try to be as regular as 2 out of every 3 mondays, I'll be playing on my Controller at least for much of the run this time around, Lady Universe. Mostly because she's one of my oldest heroes and still only in her 30's, which is a good age.....but by now she should be 50, but she doesn't look it. =P N E Way, Lady Universe, Gravity/Kinetic Controller. Thanks =D

I'll be along. I'll bring Gabriel Keats - Level 50 Fire/Rad Corr to start. If I feel like it, I might switch to Terror Jones after I get the badges on him. Or I might not :smirk:

Quote:We've missed you as well LieranI just wanted to give a shout-out and say hey. I've missed you all but I've had stuff going on Monday nights. For a while was at a knitting group and now my RPG group is moving from Tuesdays to Mondays because the MTG people are too loud at the store we play in.
You should stop by some of E's events on Wed's if you can.
See ya around Freedom =) -
Okay everyone, I finally got the schedule mostly nailed down. I've decided to add in several story arcs that we will run thru Ouro to treat as Mini -TF's.
Hopefully this will give some people a chance to play some content they haven't seen in a while, and expose newer players to some great stories!
This schedule is not set in stone. If new Events or TF's come out while we are still on it, I'll squeeze those into the schedule as well.
This round will be much slower than the previous two rounds, but I'm really excited about it, and I hope you all will be too =)
Any comments, questions and suggestions are welcome. I may not do everything you all ask of me, but I'll still listen and consider it

Thank you to everyone that was actually able to join us last night! We had several people unable to make it, so it was a bit interesting setting up the teams.
I am so sorry MB if I made you a bad combo team =( I was so turned around where everyone was bailing on us.
My team was:
Dyanthia
Myrdinn
Antares X1
Kelvin Kin
Scruffy Muffy
King Sac
Fire Starter 2012
Thank you to KK for getting us Fire Starter to join our team. I also picked up a PUGer who promptly quit after the first mission. Oh well!
We didn't have too many issues other than my husband not listening to me. Thus he died a lot.
We finished in 2:22:41 with 17 deaths.
I'm also happy to say I hit 50 on Dyanthia! WooHoo! I had to scramble to get her in range to do that, but I did. It's been an enjoyable trip on this toon.
Next Monday is the third respec. I will post up the list later. I know several people might not be able to make it. I'll remove the people I *know* won't be there, and mark the ones who are iffy as such. If you cannot make it, let me know.
Thanks!
Luna

Congrats on getting that snow you wanted MB =)

It snowed itself out in WV...

Uploaded more pics to my facebook album.
Here's one of my neighbor's mini-van that he left parked on the main road...

Quote:From the horror stories I've heard on Facebook last night and today, I'm just glad that everyone I care about is home safe and sound (Finally) and that we don't have to go anywhere for a few days.I'm feeling jelous that nothing is happening in Boston yet.
Some of the school buses got stuck with elementary kids here locally last night. One bus ended up taking the kids to the Fire Dept for the night.
My view is pretty tame living in the middle of a good sized town. But I know a lot of my friends who live further out in the boonies are not having such a great time. One of my SG mates spent about 7 hours getting home last night (30 minute drive) because he lives so far out, and so many roads where closed. -
So far we've been lucky and not lost power, and didn't have any problems getting home in my house. My sister, however, was stuck on the roads for 4 hours to drive 2-3 miles straight home.
WV (where I'm at) was declared a state of emergency, as well as VA.
Here's a link to the pics I've posted so far on Facebook:
Winter 2009 Storm, Southern WV
You don't have to be a member of Facebook to view the pics.
We're still supposed to get snow here until tomorrow morning, but I don't think it'll be adding much accumulation. This morning when my husband measured off the back deck, we were at 16.5 inches, but I think it's closer to 21-22 here in town at this point.
Some highlights:
The snow this morning on the back deck
The back deck last night at about 11pm

As I mentioned last night, I know I wont be along that night. I'll be stuck at my in-laws being annoyed to death
-
Hey MB,
I assume you're going with the TBA route again this time? Just let us know
Luna -
Quote:I run in pretty much level order! I'm going to delay the Cavern Trial a few weeks to combine it on the same night as the first respec. But everything else is in level range order (or as close as I can get it) starting with Positron on up. We do every regular TF, Trial and Ouroborus TF on Hero Side. This will be our third run, and it is very possible to level a toon up from 10 to 50 on our runs. Several of us have done that already on the previous two runs.Luna, do you usually run the TF's in order of level? Or do you hop around? I haven't gotten in on the Monday night ones much, so I'm not sure how you guys usually handle them.
I would like to run with you all on Monday nights though, so please go ahead and add me as a permanent. If we are running them in order, then I'll bring along Project-Willow, my 20 something scrapper for these. If not, I'll bring along a 50 when there's one too high for her.
You can check out the link in my signature to see the list of what we've done this go around. I'll be working on the list for the next round this weekend. It'll be pretty similiar. -
Quote:I'm not sure how much of a turnout we'll have for the second respec anyway lol. I figure a lot of people might be pre-occupied, and it's a respec, lol. We can do those in our sleep at this point. I'll get you squared away one way or the other for that night. I'll pm you the person I was thinking about to help support your team. I think it's always a good idea just to have someone on hand "just in case". I have 2 regulars on my team that I know I can count on to do the same for me, so I think you should have someone as well. That doesn't sound bad, but I wouldn't worry about it much for now. If we know a storm is coming or if I know that something else might prevent me from being around, I'll let you know, and we can make those preparations ahead of time.
That said, my girlfriend is thinking of staying an extra day with the family on Christmas weekend, so the 3rd Respec on Dec 28th might not be looking so good for me.. depending on the schedule. I still don't know what our(her) plans are for that whole week, so it might be a good idea for somebody to take over the second team for that night anyway.. just in case.
For all I know, I might still have internet access.. but even if that's the case, I'd have my crappy laptop, so I wouldn't be able to do much more than hang out in the forum here anyway... and if I end up being home, then I'll let you know, and you can just put me on a team somewhere. lol -
I just wish I could snap my fingers and make time shift for everyone to make everything perfect
Like I said, if at some point enough people want to switch to a 10:30pm start time, we can try a whole team that starts then, while the rest start at 10pm.
As always, I'm sure the teams are always willing to wait a bit to make sure people we know are coming get to join. It's one thing to wait for someone who is a bit iffy on their attendance who may or may not show, and another to wait for someone who you know will show up.
Maybe we can designate a "second in command" for you team MB? Someone who can get the team gathered up and ready for you to take charge if you are runnning late? If you like this idea, let me know, I've got one of your regulars in mind.
