Has everyone forgotten the third reason devices is good....Cloaking device stacked with a stealth IO and people with no perception can't see ya. You would be surprised how many that is.

I personally think Brutes have it the best of all melee class for a couple reason.

1: Super strength has rage who doesn't love rage.
2:They can select spirit Shark, and like others just said it hits like a ton of bricks
3:Hurl boulder yet another ranged attack.

Stalkers second best because they can move around undetected.
Then Tanks, then Scrappers.

It's the case because battle axe has no rage and super strength does. Simple as that really.

Why all the brutes and tanks take Super strength is for RAGE, and its really easy to perma.

Yeah, except no one uses Fire Mastery in PvP because it's pretty much garbage. Aim+BU+Fireball+Inferno should do away with the pets, then pop a blue and hit the MM as he's trying to resummon.

New idea thank you . And yes I have inferno on the build because its a both pvp and pve build efficient in both. And fire mastery has some real useful tactics and to say its garbage well I have to say I disagree.

This was asked not to long ago so I'll say the say way to take a MM out with a blaster type fire/devices/fire mastery

Get in close stealthed, aim, snipe, bonfire, blast a hell fire over him with single target attacks plus throw in fireball because its a MM and the AOE I think is good against them.

The level pact both toons have to be level 5 or below and then you just right click on them and the option to start a level pact is there.

This is gonna be really interesting/funny and I think their going in the right direction. Finally a power to fight back against phase, phase lol.I can't wait.

Freedom is down I like to think it's a good sign.

Edit* nevermind it was only down for like 5 minutes but back up thought it maybe had something to do with it.

/em isn't the only secondary for blasters that works, don't forget /devices its quite popular right now and its what I use to great effectiveness.

Ya but dont waste 3 power picks and a power pool. Do the smart thing and go to Warburg and get Hyperphase.

Siphon speed is a buff and with DM(diminishing returns) it's gonna be worth less and less every time if you try to use it on a consistent basis add that to how elustivity is now and with out a travel power "your gonna have a bad time".

Have you tested this in i13?
