I recently made a story where the enemy have kinetics as their secondary and I have it set to hard so they have most of their powers. How ever one power they never use is speed boost. I kinda need them to use it so they can zip around fast as it's part of who they are but just never seem to.

I tried putting it it on custom settings so I can pick what powers they have but no difference. Anyone have any ideas of how I could make them use speed boost?

4th RULE: Only two guys to a fight... until one of them starts to lose.
5th RULE: One fight at a time... unless you see an easier target pass by.
6th RULE: Do not pass go, Do not collect $200. Go directly to the hospital.
7th RULE: Fights will go on as long as everybody still has full health. Then run.
8th RULE: If this is your first night at PvP, don't cry when you lose... but expect crying if you win.

Something went "Sproing" alright. Your only gonna be able to get like 1 purple for 100 mill now a days.

I haven't had this happen to me but I have read about it happening to others. My guess is he had Villain chat turned off, that was the case in the other scenarios.

I was thinking that but in MIDS it is just showing 1 person in range for a def bonus of 1.58%. Way to little for it to be that.

edit:Hmm then that is it. odd guess I was wrong but mids seems a little off too.

OK from looking at it the only thing I could come up with is this.
Those numbers you show are about 9.5% difference well Combat Jumping plus Weave equal about that, are you sure both of those are toggled on? If they are then I'm not to sure.

HOWEVER

In Game is shows...

37.79% S/L Defense
33.11% Fire/Cold Defense
34.98% Eng/Neg Defense
13.60% Psionic Defense

What am I missing?

We have different log-ins but the same password so all he had to do was memorize the log-ins.

He has created toons on EVERY empty slot on EVERY server. lol. I have to delete some here and there when i want an alt. He'll get on teams, but dont go to the missions, lol. But i guess that's what blind inviters get, heh.

For a regular player like 10 feet, but for the Bane/Widows etc its like 110 feet i think

Yep got this yesterday on the first mission a couple mobs in and had a team wipe. So 2 of us filed a petition and while we were wiping again a GM contacted me and auto completed the mish for us. The GM was actually really quick I would say 5 minutes or less.

I'm pretty sure that the LOTG 7.5% global recharge goes for more then the miracle and it cost 40 merits less.

Overkill maybe but on my regen I have both the miracle and numina uniques and a performance shifter chance for END in stamina and quick recovery. My opinion is you can never have to much and the blue goodness
