I guess I get to be the one to point out that whips aren't even weapons. There is nothing resembling real world basis for "whip fighting." The only reason they work to the extent that they do for demon summoning is that they're entirely particle effects that can be as long as necessary to imply some sort of magical harmfulness. Frankly I think they look pretty terrible, no offense to whoever worked on them, just because the animations carry no weight at all since they're based on the false premise that some little piece of leather is going to do more than give you a carpet burn.
Whips when used on people or any living creature for the matter hurt a lot. Where do you think the term "Whip lash" originally came from a mere rug burn? They didn't use to whip slaves cause it gave a mere rug burn I would post a image of what a whip can do but I'm pretty sure that is not permitted within the rules. -

Apart from the two Batman* films and the first Superman, there are none which are comparable as films to a top ten (or top 20) of SF films.
Sure, the X-men films are okay as thowaway popcorn flicks, but they simply aren't in the same league as The Day the Earth Stood Still (original), Forbidden Planet, Avatar or Star Wars.
*Some would include Burton's Batman films, but they score higher with the non-fanbase (Burton's Batman Returns is a favourate of Mrs PRAF, who doesn't like the Nolan films). I might throw in the Hellboy films, personally.
Superman II suffers a bit as it's FX haven't aged as well as some of the other films mentioned. -

You aren't comparing like with like. Avengers has an almost perfect score on "pure entertainment" but completely fails on the "makes you think" "carries a message" and "requires you to engage higher thought processes" scales.
And I would certainly put Serenity in the top 10 of Science Fiction movies of all time scale. Which is more impressive when you remember that there are far more science fiction movies in existence than there are Superhero movies. You would be pushed to compile a "top ten" of superhero movies and actually have 10 good movies in it. -
Whip powerset for Dominator AT come on that is just perfect in name. I would think the beast rigs would have been way more work then a whip set so I have hopes for this set in the future.

OK radios at level 50 only has 4 enemy groups Circle of thorn, Carnys, Council and Malta. Can we please add some more variety I suggest Crey, Freakshow, Nemesis, Rikti, DE, IDF and any other level mobs available at 50 that I'm forgetting.

On my one toon I have afterburner with it active like 75mph with just a single fly IO in fly and swift and when I activate the GvE jetpack it boosts it to 85mph.

Zero do not go for defence on a squishy in a pvp zone it is literally impossible to go above 22%.

MIDS is wrong concerning Fade and Soul Absorption. In a patch that came out shortly after Dark Affinity's release the Devs changed both of these powers, and MIDS has yet to follow suit I guess. I know this because my Ill/Dark has perma-PA, perma-Fade, and nearly perma-SA. The base defense number for Fade is basically cut in half from what you see in MIDS now, but it can be made perma.
On a side note /Cold may give recharge resistance, but /Dark gives fear protection.

3x sleet with proc is far superior to 2x Tar Patch. Plus you haven't factored in the extra -30% RES from Heat Loss yet. HT is great stuff..equivalent regen of LR and Benumb, and can rez/stun too. Fluffy and the Heal are great too. Servant's ability to set up containment doesn't really matter since Ill/Dark doesn't really have any AoE powers. Granted, you can fix that with Epic pools though, depending on what you want to do.
Looking at this again I might even put Dark above Rad.. but not above Cold, if only for the fact that -ToHit isn't as good as +DEF for AVs.

I didn't put any slots in fade except for the lotg and and it is only 7 seconds off I'm not sure what type of build your looking at.

I play another online game FPS it has crates(you don't need keys to open them)which you buy from the Black Market(yes that is actually what it is called). They have the types of crates ones with you know the fancier guns ak-47 camo, m4-k1 scopes, gold gatlins etc that cost actual money you know $$$ dollars to buy. But then they have the other types of crates with the normal guns ak-47, mk-41, gatlin etc you get the picture that can be bought with in game currency the type you earn just for playing.
I think this would be a good idea for this game you know lesser super packs just call them "packs" if you will that can be bought for in game currency. I'm not really sure how Paragon would work something like that with a game like this maybe take out the costume parts make the ATOs more rare and like the merit rewards 5, 10 and 25 compared to what they currently are idk just a rough idea of what they could be like. -
