If they really wanted to make the new PVP more competitive for new players DR should only apply to set bonuses and not powers or actual enhancement values of the powers.
Why is someone with SOs getting penalized in there it's all really sad and imo not helpful in the least. -

Everything is affected different and different for each ATs, and it's al kind of wacky good luck getting real numbers for everything. I've seen some formulas but there are quiete a few and like I said all ATs are affected by DR differently so it's a lot of work/headache for not much pay off.
I like to think I know the numbers game in this game pretty good but when it comes to pvp ugh /e scrathes head, it just doesn't make sense like pve numbers do.
I'll try to find some of the formulas -
This is a super Hero game as far as I'm concerned we can do things real super heros do like clobber minion after minion by the hordes and solo the hardest bosses. If I couldn't do some of the things I can because of set bonuses I would be one of the ones gnashing teeth

I hear ya guys but they could still give ice armor and fury wouldn't be affected that much. As from personal experiance brutes gain way more fury from being attacked then actually attacking.

I'm gonna echo join the global channels they are a godsend. Freedom Elite is actually private or some crap so your gonna need an invite to it but just send me a tell @Lucky666 or @Lucky667 in game I'll get ya an invite to it.

This isn't a COH question really but a game question in general, there is a new game I was looking to purchase and my system specs all meet the requirements except I only have 2 gigs of RAM and it says 3 is needed, will this game still run on my computer? what is it that RAM does? the only thing I'm aware of is load speed times.

Any of you guys get this one, you level up only to have all your bots die instantly and you face plant cause your playing tankermind on a team of 8? I have it sucks. It'd only happened a few times but...

either way make sure they are all from different groups, which means you have to make sure they all not in the same enemy faction when you create them, then set them to rogue see if that works. -

ok some stuff seemed over slotted while others under slotted this is cheaper by ALOT and all 3 things hasten,AM and Phantom Army are perma.

I call ******** on the OP we have all seen some of his post he's probably the one kicking people from teams for not being a h34l0r so wants the class.
People that actually know about this game and are part of the global channels I have never seen turn anyone down and know h34l0r don't exist here and never have. I see people looking for kins and rads all the time but h34l0rs no lol this is lies. -

Don't we have some spiky hairstyles already, then? I know I have short spikes for my frosty corruptor, the Gamine and most of the "Long" styles seem to look very similar to what's in this picture. At least for females, it seems to me we already have a bunch of anime-esque styles (many of which were added quite some time ago). I don't make male characters, so I'm not as familiar with those styles - perhaps that's where OP is looking for more styles?
I'm not trying to be snarky, just genuine puzzled since we have some already. What more is being requested? (Other than animated hair, which I tend to associate with Anime as well). -
