Most people play video games to have fun and enjoy themselves. To the vast majority of people, accomplishing goals, especially difficult ones, is fun and rewarding.
My point still stands. A reward is meaningless without an effort to obtain it. Most people that play MMO's want, or even need goals, they want challenges that have to be overcome, and to be rewarded for what they do.
They now need to remove the "Epic" label and just make them available at level 1 as just another AT for each side.
As I said before, I don't really care if its 20 or not, but the defense people are using for lowering the levels is just ridiculous. A casual player can get to 50 within a few weeks now. If you work at it, it can easily be done in under a week. A recent example is a new toon I rolled up, played him a couple hours a night and am now 47 and created him 19 days ago. Mostly Task Force xp, with a few sessions of radio missions thrown in.
your casual and someone else casual could be completey different, I've heard it takes some people years to get to 50 because they play lots of alts of they may only play a hour or two a week. Why shouldn't they get these 2 ATS to play? Well obviously the devs agree with mine and peoples like mine opinion.

Im glad they are unlocked at 20, now my second account I don't have to get a villain to 50 just to unlock them. And who cares most controllers are much tougher to play well then the epic ATs.

they said that was a bug last time with AE and the time before AE did have double exp so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Anyway, the objective was to break the seal on the case and retrieve the girdle, that is why she was there. So, she did not fight anything she did not need to. She worked here way past everything to the door that needed the key. When the key was found, admittedly by the rest of the group, She opened the door and proceeded to the target. Strangely there was nothing but a few cannons to take out before she went to work on that seal. Objective reached.

nope willpower doesnt need stamina it gets quick recovery at level 20 and is superior to stamina. Most need stamina but Willpower isnt one of them.

Some of the higher level ones include non stop ambushes(ITF, Barracuda SF). Some have super charged AVs at the end Lord Recluse and his towers anyone. Some even have you square off against 8 plus 3 AVs at once if you arent smart about it. I think we got some challenges your looking for and even more promised for Going Rogue.

This is weird I got like an inch last night and I'm in Canada but haven't had any for weeks now and British Columbia where the Olympics are being held was so low on snow they were trucking in snow from like 100KM north. WTF weather messed up much.

The one for the citizens should be called non-existant since you know you can't kill citizens probably cause of the rating but who knows for sure the save a citizen ones sound cool though.

I like how you play but seriosly get off of mids back. In game description can be grossly misleading ie powerboost, so take them with a grain of salt.
To the topic I dont like certain ATs more then powersets, like defenders I've tried but can never get one past the low teens just no combo does it for me. -
ya they cant be buffed but you can debuff the hell outta your enemy with -resistance to make PA do more damage, the main reason why ill/rads synergize so well.

This got me thinking since you guys were saying these blast come from one point and it would require all new animations for them what about an arm cannon for something like energy blast.
like this keep one arm normal for the sweep attacks like Energy Torrent and then for the other blast the 2 hands alreadys come together so it would just look like it's coming from the arm cannon. -

well char is a single target mag 3 hold and bonfire lays a patch of fire on the ground that KBs anyone that hits it you decide whats better. Melt armor not really that good like
-10ish% res and -15ish% def. Range on char is 60 feet i think. -
