The main thing I would want is to be able to pick where any and all powers come from like a blaster should be ablt to pick if his blast come from a rocket launcher attached to his shoulder, or and arm cannon, or even straight from the stomach care bear style.

So back off, and just for your information Lucky666, my Resistance Tanks can blow through the difficulties I just quoted.My Fire Tanker is set up for massive Damage, even for a Tanker, and my Elec Tanker is set up for Damage and KD.
Its a diffrent playing style using the Tankers I use vs WP/ or Inlvn/ sets.Why dont you try it some time. -

Iv never solo'd missions any lower then +1/8 w/bosses on any of my Tankers, and they rip through like a flame through tissue paper.The highest I can solo at is +3/8 w/bosses on my Fire/Fire/Pyre Tanker.Im a bit reluctant to push it to +4 with my Fire Tanker, and tend to go at a +2/8 w/bosses pace on my Elec/Elec Tanker.
After Foot Stomp for your tanker is grabbed up, id up the difficulty to +0/8 w/bosses.You should have no issues ripping through that rather fast.
Right now, my level 27 Traps/Rad Defender can solo rather quickly at a +0/8 w/bosses, so I have no douts you should be able to as well.
I wouldn't take anything in this post serious. -
I think Fire whip would be a perfect assault set for doms a mix of range and melee

I dont know but PVP is a good way to get rich, I get a pvp drop once every 2 weeks or so and the crappy ones go for about 150 Million where as the best go for inlfuence cap. Just another way to play and get rich I guess. And im just a casualy zone person who spends maybe an hour or 2 a day in their some days not even going in cause I still like to play my pve toons.

The problem with virtue heroside is that everyone plays a scrapper so the heroes always end up getting base camped. (Because teams of scrappers can't really do anything other than take up space.) Oh and the hero tactics are very honorable. They come at us one at a time. It's almost like a kung-fu movie.

I just want them to add something to pvp like a capture the flag type game set threw arena or something. Im getting bored to hell with mindless pvp for the sake of pvp, objectives would be nice.

no npcs hit chance is 50% so 45% def works good, real players hit chance is 75% plus they have stuff slotted into attacks for accuracy plus accuracy set bonues and to-hit bonuses. Defence isnt the greatest for pvp to say the least. -

Im gonna take all my toons that I play and make them all neutral so I can go anywhere I want when ever I want. I'm bored of blueside ATs but not the content and redside ATs I love but not nearly enough teaming that side for my liking so this will be the best of both worlds for me.
