Costume slots still apply to every character on your entire account. You're not just buying "one" slot - you're potentially buying access to dozens of them.
This is why I've never had any problem with their cost. I bought 5 extra slots six-ish months ago and have gotten many, many hours of fun from them. To me they were well worth the price. *shrugs*
Why doesn't marketing think up this obvious idea I have no idea, hear the Black Pebble start doing your job and your company would make more money. -

Except they specifically changed this in the other ATO procs. There were a bunch of Dev threads explaining they lowered the chance to proc in AOE / multitarget attacks, so that overall the proc still just procs as much as if you had it in an ST attack (the procs-per-minute mechanic). assuming equal use. And then they explained that all store-bought IO procs (Paragon Market) work this way, vs the in-game procs (FF +rchrg, dmg procs from in-game sets).
I don't totally get it but if the Brute proc is proccing multiple times off AOE attacks, all signs point to a bug that will be squashed faster than you can says EnzymeMembrane. -
OK to get closer to the soft cap the easiest thing to do would be switch villain and pick up scorpion shield.
There all I did was change your epic and bam you at 50% s/l defence

They said from Freedom F2P conversion Issues major updates would be more often. Well at least we have some .5 updates between Issues.
2011 saw only 2 Issues, but I understand we are getting a lot of powersets and costumes and stuff...
maybe I should unsub for a while.

Actually for Barracuda SF you actually only need the mastermind/defender temp power which removes his untouchable state, the others are mostly for flavor and dealing with the trash mobs that constantly ambush.

Change it from starter zones to lvl 20-40 zones bam problem solved and I would run most of my toons threw it. Making an expansion a newbie zone was one of the stupidest move I have even seen.

I am a very long time gamer - literally from the day of 300 baud modems. I played text adventures, Elite, Dungeon Master, Half Life, TFC, Soldier of Fortune 1&2 and a ton of games in between.
I have a squad of cheerleaders constantly reminding me that the reason DA solo missions have terrible rewards is because Trials are HARD.
In the Baf in 20 seconds I figured out how to slow the prisoners to a crawl and I had never set foot in the zone. I figured out that getting on the boxes means I am away from the blue AoE splash and never died - I was spamming my attacks as a good blaster should and only needed 3 greens to heal even though I was outside of the healing shield area.
In the Lam I mostly had to battle the lag inside and died when I froze in the middle of a large group. I again reply these are NOT hard. They require an orchestration that says do this now - and in fact they scream at you in huge letters what to do. I was there the first time on Champion that 150 of us defeated Hamidon.
I help plan and work for MONTHS to figure him out. Marut was the genius and we were the grunts. I died literally hundreds of times on my tank as we studied Hamidon. It was research and it was HARD.
The untyped damage and no protection from it.
The monster spawns and our SG - Sin - running monster duty.
The sniper squads.
The healing shields.
Learning the order of defeat and the damage required to overcome the Mitos.
On the day we defeated Hamidon without gimmicks in a straight in your face fight - I became Incarnate. The game can hand that out now if they want to but when me and 149 of my friends kicked Hamidons *** after months of planning - that was hard.
Marut, Dynamite, Acemace, CC, Addie, Zarok and so many others who worked so hard for so long - on that day we became gods. I didn't need a level shift to know it and those first Hami O's - even though I gave away my first one because of the poor delivery system and some were shorted - was sweet.
So please when you tell me something is hard - have a little perspective. These trials are trivial. I ran with our Sin SG a nightly Respec team that would Guarantee anyone they would get a Respec even when it was bugged and could randomly spawn +6 Freaks in the reactor room. -
I want nin so bad on scrappers and to those that tell me to play in on a stalker if I want it well I already have got two 50s a spines/nin and a elec/nin ok so I have twice already.
But with those stalker changes coming to i22 makes me think I might not even need it on scrappers any more but I still want it. It's one of those sets I can level more then once for me its fire armor, earth control/melee(love them both),Fire blast and ninjitsu. Also I plan to roll another nin stalker, staff/nin I love the set so much.
I want this so bad, did I mention this already? It would be one of the few powerset ports that I'd be willing to pay for. -

Seriously this is how the entire game works. Want to do a Positron TF gotta be 11+. So the game dictates you must level up this high to do this. Same with every other TF and story content in the game. Your grips just sound like hollow attempts to bash mutli team raid content. -

Anyway that would be the perfect movie pretty much cause it follows the actual story but I've come to expect much much less from Hollywood they just can't seem to get anime to live action right. So if this ever does get made I will watch because I will have to being the huge Bleach fan I am. After DBZ live action my expectations are low to say the least.
edit: for the record I heard about about a DBZ live action film on the internet all the way back since 2001 and it didn't get released till 2009 and frankly the DragonBall universe is way bigger and vastly more popular so I don't even think this will get made anytime soon. -
I would like for the Preatoria content(the 1-20 stuff) to be added to the flashback system. I would like to play it and read story lines and stuff but I have no desire to start a low level toon. Also this would let me keep my powers 5 above what I have so the Preatorian mobs may seem more in line with normal content difficulty.

If the OP is a young kid with only income is allowance I'm gonna say the same thing I say to all young kids, use your allowance to buy a prepaid credit card problem solved anyone any age can buy one and they come as low as $25. Also with this method you can effectively buy anything of the internet you want.
