Quote:Thanks I guess :/. You guys are gonna end up with another dead zone on your hands like preatoria don't say I didn't warn ya.Hey guys!
We have been reading peoples feedback regarding the EBs in Dark Astoria. Right now, were planning on leaving them the same. The goal of Dark Astoria was to provide challenging content for solo players and small teams; upgrading these EBs to be AVs that scale down, at this point in development, has the risk of causing a number issues that could hamper this experience, which is something we want to avoid. However, we are taking the feedback into consideration for future arcs, so please continue to give us your opinions about this. Thanks!

How would that get messed up to just add the OPTION to have AVs. We are not asking to take the EBs away we just want AVs were they would normally be.
-
Is this really such a huge request? I mean really most people that get incarnates get set bonuses and can solo AVs. Just give the people what they want paragon you've been so good about it in the past.

Quote:Viruses mutate and change over time plain and simple.I'm not wanting or asking for the characters in this show to all be "super scientist-commandos" who are going to go out and "save the world" from from the zombie menace. I'm not expecting them to instantly have all the answers or to know how to deal with everything they face. I realize this is a random collection of average, normal people who are more or less just struggling to survive day-to-day.
All I'm asking people here to think about is that there was a period of roughly 4 to 6 weeks, while Rick was in coma, that the story (at least the TV show) has not bothered to tell us hardly -anything- about. What happened during that time? Is it reasonable to think that during the days while things were getting worse and civilization was falling apart that there might have been at least RUMORS (much less official government reports) that some people were becoming zombies that had not been attacked by other zombies? Come on people - imagine what it would be like if the world was falling apart around you. You don't have to be a hyper-genius superhero in real life to pay attention to what's happening and have SOME idea as to what was going on, even from the point of view of average, normal people.
I don't think it's too much to ask from a viewer of this show to at least realize that there was this chunk of time that happened "off-camera" that has to be accounted for somehow. Once again I would expect Rick to be "slow on the uptake" because he had the excuse of being in a coma the whole time. But there really is NO excuse for any of the other characters to be anywhere near as ignorant about the zombies as he is because they actually lived through the day-to-day chaos of the world coming to an end.
I think what's ultimately frustrating about this show for me is that the writers seem to be treating it as if ALL the characters had been in a coma just like Rick. They don't seem to understand that these characters, even accounting for their random individual experiences, should have learned far more about zombies than they are being given credit for. I'm not saying they would know things about zombies the same way some characters like Spock or Sherlock Holmes would know about them, but they'd at least know some fundamental practical things that they seem completely clueless about even now.
Bottomline I don't need these people to know EVERYTHING about zombies. But I do need them to know at least what average, normal people would reasonably understand about them after learning to survive a couple of months in a post Zombie Apocalypse world. The writers simply need to come to grips with the simple fact that their characters can't be as -completely- clueless as they are making them out to be.
As for those zombie flash images when Rick killed Shane I also thought it was what Shane was seeing as he was turning zombie himself. Kinda a glimpse of what someone sees right before they turn no white light for zombies hehe. -
I was actually gonna buy this but get this just 2 or 3 days ago I got another paragon reward token for it took the little drone pet that buffs res/dmg and what do you know the stupid thing died before I even realized it. If this pet dies just as easily as you guys say the vet buff pets do no way am I buying it now.

All my incarnates can solo AVs Johnnys bad and plays gimped tanks and the devs should change this. I want more AV fights for my incarnates not glorified bosses(ebs) that die in 5 hits.
Thank you for your time. -
I hope they nerf the **** out of all these procs.

Quote:on an organized team it takes less than 10 minutes. i would much prefer a revamp of synapse's unreasonably repetitive 'kill all clockwork' missions. That TF is ridiculous. I was SO hoping for him to be the one to die...
Amen to that, synapse is my host hated TF in the game and it's need for the accolade which makes me hate it even more cause I can't ignore it. -

So they selling better IOs on the market then I can buy in game now
sigh
What happened to just a convenience option for people that want to save time? -

Quote:I remember that D-bag. He actually came back and pulled the exact same stunt a second time. Not a problem. I'm in the same boat as you, having inherited a couple of SG's a couple of years ago that I would love to change the names.
As to the drama yeah it can get ugly. I recall a big brujah a couple of years ago when the leader of a really big and active SG decided to cancel his subscription. Instead of handing over the leadership of the SG to another member he simply logged on, kicked everyone from the SG and then quit the SG himself so everything the SG had earned and stored was deleted. Boy were people pissed off.
Personally I hope the devs change their minds someday and give us some of these things. -
Thank you guys both very much! No mids yet for /dark trollers so I'm just doing this by pencil and paper.
-
Ya I hope it gets fixed cause it's a pain on the butt but this looks really fun for like and incarnate to just go in and wipe house. I plan to try this later tonight hehe.

I don't get it why did they change market IOs and even the new atos procs to proc per minute? why couldn't they just leave them like 20% to fire or whatever?
-
it doesn't properly work that's the thing, love your idea though.

I use to know these but my ill/rad is on a dead account with all the IOs stripped but I'm working on an ill/dark and need to know with 95% recharge slotting in hasten and PA what global recharge bonus do I need to make PA perma?
Thanks! -

Quote:Actually, I'd say no.
Before you slotted Assassin Strike like an attack. Now it's a useable attack.
If you skipped it (and Im sure someone out there did), then you were skipping a major component of the Stalker AT to begin with
I mean really. My slotting didn't change due to the stalker changes. My slotting changed due to the ATO set for Stalkers.
I really can't imagine that many who changed their slotting on their Stalker unless the change was trying to turn a 5 slotted attack to a 6 slotted. Is that the case?
Some people slotted AS with 3 damage/acc HOs and 3 damage procs since it was very situational power recharge and end were never a big concern now they are.
I don't really care personally about the freespecs myself i have 4 vetspecs on every toon I make now so meh. -
Quote:Last I saw lotg were selling for 60 mill. So 100 merits and 40 mill for a recipe that cost 60 mill ouch they are not a safe bet any more. The best bet I've seen are kin combats dam/end and dmg/rec selling for about 40 mill only 16 astral merits.Level 25 LotGs are still a safe investment.
Alternately, you could convert them to Alignment Merits and get much more bang for your merit.
50 + 20,000,000 influence becomes a Hero merit. 2 Hero Merits becomes a LotG. So, 100 merits +40 million for an IO that would cost 240 Reward merits and should net you at least 100 million is a pretty good deal.
It's time gated, but it's the best deal you're likely to get for your merits if you want to make money off them. -
for ping /netgraph 1, turn it off with /netgraph 0
for frames a second /showfps -
