It means they haven't given people who pay subs a melee powerset as part of their sub in some time cause they know it's most popular and people will spend extra points if they already spend their stippend. You know instead of just giving people a token for a powerset of their choice when a free part of sub powerset is released. -

If by sell you mean give to me at zero extra cost with my stipend that is part of my sub ok. Good putting words in peoples mouths. I would say more but I'd rather not, not worth the effort.. -
Hmm no problem on my end sounds like something may be corrupted maybe try to repair from the NCsoft launcher.

I just have to say a few things about how awesome this build is and can be with the recharge levels needed for perma phantom army.
For one with that recharge(perma PA levels) and 2 recharges IOs in tar patch you can keep two tar patches going for -60% res(Sweet!). Have howling twilight up 30 out of every 45 seconds for -500% regen(2/3 of the times double sweet!). Dark servant sets up aoe containment with his tentacles which the only way an ill can is flash but even with crazy recharge it's not up every spawn. With all the pets real easy to keep another -10% res from reactive interface for a whopping -70% res. And of course even with perma phantom army you have the recast which can get you hurt you have darkest night dark servant and spectral terror laying down massive to-hit and some -damage and fear.
This might be the most perfect controller I have ever played or had the pleasure of building.
edit: just to add both my pet and me have heals so that is awesome and conserve power with all that recharge is up more then half the time which completely takes care of all end problems.
Here's the build if anyone is interested I managed to make this significantly cheaper threw the use on converters then what they other wise would have cost.

Energy Torrent, Explosive Blast, Thunderstrike, Lightning Clap, and Bonfire are all slotted FOR KB (each is 6 slotted with Kinetic Crash). The reason her %s of being mezzed are so high is because she survives while mezzed longer than any of my other blasters because she is hovering over Bonfire.
She's still vulnerable to taking too much damage over time and all mez does is reduces her kill speed (and therefore her offensive mitigation) so she spends more time alive but mezzed and doesn't suffer a hit point crash as fast as the others.
It actually works fairly well because her mitigation (Bonfire) remains intact even while mezzed which is pretty unique in blasterdom.
I love bonfire on my fire/dev blaster. Perfect on the ITF for keeping them cimerions out of melee I can't count how many times it has saved my butt and on on the BAF during the prisoner escape phase no minion gets by.
I love bonfire just standing in the middle of a circle of burning flame blasting everything as it run towards you only to get flung back it might be one of the most epic feelings I get in this game. -

If their so worried about the giant rats eating all the crops why don't they just get like guard dogs or cats kinda like scarecrows but actually scary to a rat. You know the eco friendly way nature vs nature instead of nature vs poison.

This is an MMO RPG. It's about discovering new things on your own and exploring the world how you see fit. Not hand holding like a linear style console game. I love that honestly stuff is hidden and you have to actively search it out and discover it and there is not a giant red arrow saying where everything is and how to do it.
Some of your complaints are legit like the level 20 and below story lines are pretty boring I think at least. The Zig is in Brickstown right in the smack dap middle of the zone how much more documentation do you need. Also there is at least 1 tip mission I can think where you have to break blast furnace out of the zig.
Also the named NPCs show up A LOT more often in Task forces/Strike forces in hero/villain side. This doesn't happen in Preatoria cause there is no TF/SF equivalent there. You just haven't discovered most of the game yet I think. A lot of your answers about the story line are answered or currently being answered with the incarnate content also.
PS: The LFG que is bunkem no one uses.
PPS: Marcone bosses hang out in a certain corner in ST. Martial(can't remember the exact location) where they spawn a lot and with dedicated hunting can get the badge solo in a hour or two faster with more team mates. -

get the prepaid credit card then just email your friend the CC numbers and expiration dates etc for whats needed for payment then you don't have to wait for mail or anything silly like that.

the first two sound good but uhhh have you played devices recently? Gun drone is much faster summon now. Like a cast of 1 second now with no interrupt the only thing I would like is for the end cost to be reduced maybe a little. Even slotted for 47% end reduction the thing is sucking a quarter almost of my end bar per summon.

Thanks for all the advice though. I think ill respec Acrobatics and Jump kick out and maybe use them to pick up a healing power or go for the (much hated) Kick/Tough/Weave combo.
Ill definatley look into getting the atlas medallion. I think ill do that this weekend after my SSA marathon!
O.o huh? for the bolded part. Much hated I thought it was much loved almost every 50 build I see has it on live and when you gotta take that rubbish power punch/kick fills that spot nicely. Everyone else pretty much covered everything else though -
Oh how I pray for Captain Jack to return even if only for an episode or so he was my favorite companion. Also I hope Torchwood starts up again soon they take to long of breaks.

Seriously, Tankers don't need a buff that helps everyone else BUT them. "Happy Birthday. My present to you is I donated $1 to charity."
