Hey, i am from europe so maybe i don't use the correct words.

I bought the pack of the game @ steam, i got city of heroes and villains and the new one "going rogue", so i play at this new island, "prätoria" called in europe, the island where u can choose if you are bad or good.

But i do not find a "fieldanalyst", the guy where u can change against how much enemies you fight and if you fight against super heroes/villains.
Is there somebody on that island? if yes where?
