I'd like to bring Bad Cop if I may, assuming I have managed to get to 40... 39 and counting atm. Strangely hard to find teams at the moment.
Bad Cop is Kin/dark. Failing that I'm sure LN would come along -
If you get the drop on them and in Zonal thats easy (can be easy) two to three attacks will kill anything squishy. And speaking from experience there.

Team Speak Server
Open to all, 50 players at the moment is the max but doubt we'll fill that.
This is the first TS server I have run, though some of you may have logged into the previous one, that was rented.This one is on my own server and I'm monitoring the bandwidth useage as its a new server and I don't want to have to pay for extra bandwidth.
So come one come all.
Rules these are quite aside from any rules that the SG wants to place on the useage.

I have tried several iterations of a FF character, Controller, Defender and MM. The knockback from Force Bolt is wonderful to behold. Especially when it knocks things of high ledges.
Knockback and down are two of the most useful tools IMO in the game mainly as they are not restricted to just one AT unlike true holds. -
OTOH If Hami has the same insane regen that the other GMs have I doubt the Hami raid will be fun either.

Unless you're likely to PvP outside of RV. At which point 2x Acc is essential pretty much.

As I read this you are saying Flight and TP don't synergise, which is why I responded as I did.
As for the rest I know of no cats that can dull pain or speed themselves up.

Teaming with two other Kins another defebder and a controller, with two SBs plus five Siphon Speeds we managed to stack 6-7 Siphon Powers. I can't say if the actual effect of the powers was magnified by 6-7 tims or if we just got the extra icons through succefull applications of the power. This was tried with a very low level mob who must have been bricking himself.
But trying with even conning minions was much less satisfactory due to an increase of misses, the other defender was only 13 and hadn't really slotted her Siphon Speed or Power for accuracy. Or obviously slotted with SOs
I would really love to try an all Kin team, mixture of controllers and defenders. -

I agree but Acrobatics may not be the best power to choose, which power you use, if any, should be entirely up to you. -
I'm running my Kin/Dark with fly, though I have hover for when movement is unimportant. Fly is three slotted for end rdx only my other toggles, leadership, is slooted for end rdx as well.
Yes I do run out of end, but with transference not very often mainly when I am drained. Might try an acrobatics build on test but would expect to stick with fly. -
ToF stacks with just hasten, I have mine slotted 2x ACC 3x ToHit Debuff 1x End RDX (IIRC) works fine and even if they aren't feared they don't hit as much.
I've actually just done my respec on LN, word of warning as there does seem to be something borked in END at the moment try the prospective build on test. My first build was similar but I found I ran out of end very quickly, thus slotting END Rdx in all my attacks, which works but means I lose an ACC or a Rchrg Rdx which is a pain.
I also dropped MoG, I found that the slots are cool elsewhere and the admitted pros of MoG were vastly outweighed by the Cons. -

However Hover and TP do. Plus Air Superiority is one of the best pool power attacks.

I was playing around with build in sherksilver's planner and looking at a proposed Claws/SR which I'm playing.
I noticed that as a SR it had good defense against Melee, Range and AoE (30, 30 & 48% IIRC). Yet the defense against the typed stuff was 2.5% vs all except Psionics.
I've never played a SR before so wondered if its better to have def against typed or positional? -
Advantage of Spines is the added slow component to its attacks. All Scrapper Primaries have an added benefit.
Spines. Slow component on most (all?) attacks.
Claws. Speed of attack and low end use. (Even better now with i7)
Dark Melee. Debuffs accuracy, and has some good control, specifically an Immob: Midnight Grasp and a Fear: Touch of Fear.
Martial Arts. Stuns and Knock backs
Katana.... actually have no idea.
Broadsword. Just a huge amount of damage.
I've played Claws, DM and BS quite a lot and love all three. I love the idea of spines but hate the looks. MA I just don't like and I don't see the need of both a BS and a Katana (for me not in general). -

Not 100% sure on this but I'm having major issues with END.
My current live build has no stamina so my respec builds do. With 3x END Mod in both Stamina and Quick recovery, running FA (with 3x END rdx) Integration (no END Rdx) I am still running out of END in a battle against a +2 Boss (turret in RV). So I made another build and took Conserve Power. Still not good. Now one battle in three I don't run out of END.
I do have Dark Consumption however I don't have slots to spare on it so run it with 2x ACC 3x Recharge even when I try with an extra END Mod I need to be fighting many mobs to succeed.
And MoG is a joke in RV with nearly all the PvE mobs having Psi damage. -

And as mobs tend to have a reaction time, I just run in ToF the sapper and either kill him or work my way through the others.
Or Headsplitter/Disembowel (BS/Rgn) the knockup/knockdown stops them from hitting back and the sheer damage kills them quickly. -
Haven't forgotten yet, just praying for a freespec before then

Didn't take Stamina until 35 on my BS/Rgn, mainly PvE admittedly, but Katana uses less end per attack, and with QR and providing you don't run expensive toggles you should be fine.

I currently run 2 PCs and two accounts, I manage in small teams and with friends, but it is all but impossible to keep both characters alive in big teams. It is however a good way to get the mentor badges.Bad Cop (Kin/Dark) and Facilitator (BS/Rgn) both have most if not all of them, I've also done quite well with villains teaming a Bots/Dark MM with a variety of lower ATs.
Key for me is to use two monitors, I then run synergy which allows me to use one mouse/keyboard on both PCs (like a software KVM) I also have two Belkin Nostromo n52s which helps, me control both characters.
Sadly with you being on Union I can't help in game. -
Shadow Fall, unless its been drastically changed in I7 is very end hungry, suggest swapping the recharges for end reducers.
