Not sure if this is to do with the forum software, or just an over abundance of stickies but can there be some reduction in stickies please.

At the moment my browser runs roughly at 1024x768 and when I look in some topics the first page of the screen is just stickies. Most of which are locked or never posted into. Of course I can maximise my browser but I'd rather not as I do have other stuff I need to see at the same time.

I understand that some of the stickied topics need to be there for people to read so they can't claim to have not seen rules etc, but some way to switch them off once you have read them/signed/something would be very handy.

Perhaps a "Read This First Thread" with all the important forum wide notices could be made instead of four separate threads. That would help cut the clutter straight away.

AFAIK 400% is the max recharge rate you can have in game, but what is the max recharge rate you can have with no external buffs (including self buffs like AM)? That is to say what AT and powersets should you choose for maximal recharge bonus slotting, and what would the outcome recharge rate be?

Not especially interested in working combinations, though a working choice would be nice too.

Back when power slide was only for collectors edition CoH, I was awarded it erroneously on my main account (this one) and it has never been revoked. I'd sell it if I could as I loathe the pink glow. My alt account has it because it was started with my spare collectors edition.

Not seen this problem as I said before but that could be as mostly I'm playing controllers these days and even if they immob doesn't stick the slows, holds, stuns, sleep or confuses general work eventually.

However I'd pay (as in expansion) for a good AI upgrade. I'd especially love to see fleeing mobs causing the mobs they run through to aggro. Would make battles far more interesting. IMO

((Know WoW isn't much liked in these parts but the 'run get some friends AI trick the WoW uses is frequently annoying but it does make the mobs seem a little more intelligent.))

Is this new? When ever I have queried a petition I have been told that the GM cannot discuss it with me. Even when I was once petitioned for calling someone an idiot (he got kicked from a team I was on then spent next two hours trying to get reinvited) when I finally told him why he was kicked (aggroing map and leading it onto us (back before aggro cap)) and called him several names that boiled down to 'stupid person'. Even then the GM would actually tell me what the guy had said about me.

On another note what the hell does AE stand for? All I can come up with is architect edition, which doesn't make much sense in the manner AE is used in game and on the forum. (Rather like CoR for Going Rogue.)

Its one of the Vet rewards too now, but I forget which one.

Is this in MA or normal play? I've noticed in MA that people overuse the flee at X% health option. And I haven't noticed many EB/AV fleeing in normal play, unless its one of those annoying "stop from escaping" missions.

I did read your OP, and I feel that the animosity that you experienced when using broadcast is directly related that fact that many people now use broadcast for farming purposes.

This has only started since the AE building appeared in Atlas. I've seen many broadcasts in Atlas over the years, with people asking players to join their SG.

I can't recall seeing a player - never mind many players - getting upset about it.

The only thing that springs to mind is the frequency that made the broadcast. How often did you make the broadcast and for how long?

Yes that has happened and people do get annoyed, report and even name/shame on the forums. But OP says he wasn't spamming so I don't know.

Use broadcast responsibly and even if people do get angry with you feel secure in knowing you are in the right.

Have pets unlock per account, so any character you have can have all heroic & villainous pets. Would perhaps encourage people to do content they haven't done before (myself I haven't done more than 1 or two CoV GMs) and mean that if your concept character is one with a giant tentacle friend you could start at level one with it.

Personally I think that devs should say "we're going to merge AH in GR (or soon after)". Then set inf reward in CoV to be double what they are now. This will mean that villains will be able to boost their basic average inf, and will increase amount of players on villains for a bit. Once GR hits, merge AH drop rewards in CoV back to what they are.

Prior to GR going live they ought to data-mine and give a one off inf boost to all villains over level 30 (or something) with a percentage based on average difference between Heroes and Villains inf reserve. (So if heroes have on average 25% more inf than villains the grant would be an additional 25% of what you have.) Which should weed out most of the people who only play Villains now and then or have no inf anyway.

And have zero restrictions on what you can or can't take from side to side. Influence can be directly transfered to Infamy because it will take peopel who have big balls to do the dirty on their leaders (IC method of describing it, IRL its cash what ever you call it.)

In the vast majority of cases, prices are higher red side.

Only two were higher blue side. The only one where you could make a profit buying red side was Hecatomb Dam/Rech/Acc and that was something of an illusion caused by one very expensive purchase.

I get my level 50 scrapper (who I wanted to go rogue with years ago) to take some cheaper blue side IOs to villains, I sell some of my previously slotted IOs Redside, make a nice profit and slot up my MM. I might not be able to make inf blueside, but I sure as hell can redside.

A mission generator is what they have in Anarchy Online - adjust a few settings, press the button and mission generated.
