Before they extended the maximum level to 50, 40 was the max level, so then 20 was the midway.
  2. I've just noticed that there is a leather option in Warrior boots (but only the plain version), but there isn't the same option in Warrior gloves.

I don't think that he used psychic powers, just because you need a mind/brain to use it. And robots don't have it. But he could use spells, because they are like more like an structured program: move your hand this way, say these words, and "voilá, fireball incoming".

Yeah, that's why I not just discarded it right away. If it's the first one, then it has been written in an odd way:

    "y nos incendiemos,
con el espiritu del fuego. "
'incendiemos' (actually 'incendiamos', it's been written in the wrong tense) would be better replaced with 'prendemos' (a more poetic and accurate word for that meaning)

PD: Spanish is very rich, complex, and difficult to master if it's not your native language. And much more if you want to make poetry.
  6. Cantu's letter (btw, 1st time I see that ¿latino? family name) need fixes:

    Quote:
    Nuestros corrazones arden,
    "Our hearts burn"
'Corazones' is with only 1 'r': "Nuestros corazones arden"

    Quote:
Con el fuego en el cielo.
Doesn't make many sense: "With the fire on the sky". Maybe "With the fire of the sky" (The Sun). "Con el fuego del cielo"

    Quote:
    Bailamos en las flammas,
    "We dance in the 'flammas'"
"flammas" isn't a Spanish word. ¿Flames? The the word would be "llamas".

    Quote:
    y nos incendiemos,
    con el espiritu del fuego.
Well, that's hard. It would mean 2 things:

    "and we catch fire,
with the spirit of the fire"
Meaning they use the power of an actual spirit to ignite themselves. This sounds weird to me.

    Or,

    "we burn,
with the temper of the fire"
Meaning they are full of passion.

My guess is the last one and:
    Quote:
    "y ardemos,
    con la pasión del fuego"
would sound better to a Spanish ear.

So how many 60+ EU players we have? And still active?
    I bet "< 10"

What we do with Nictus then? They are alien, but altered through Kheldian science.

    Yeah, 12:00 GMT I think.

I think some of you guys are making the assumption that because we can have different visual effects for travel powers, and other powers can have both different VFX and different animations, that travel powers could also have different animations...but that's not the case.

Movement modes are not the same as powers.
Could you at least merge all the prestige sprints into one power (Prestige Sprint), then put all the current FX as customisation of the power?

And could you change the sprint animation to look more like sprint:

    Instead of the current jogging:

Cybernetics are an extreme example, granted, but something as simple as an arm cannon sewn into your hand would still be Technology, because you're using technology to shoot things. Science, at least as presented in the game, is more genetic engineering, enforced mutations and so on. When you start grafting machines to the body, you're slipping into the realm of Technology.

And, of course, as with most origins-related discussions, this is just my opinion.
Well, Positron is tagged technology, but his powers are actually mutant. He emits radiation by himself, but his powersuit amplifies and canalizes it.
I think Tech and Natural origins are very ambiguous and wide range in this game.

Actually, the blond hair thing is only a Sayan thing (and only few of them can do it). They can also change to a giant monkey by staring at the moon (or something that emulates it). Those are a natural abilities of that race, like Kryptonian's powers from the yellow-suns light.

I don't know if they can make the auras tintable adding 2 arrays of colors: one to the weapon, the other for the aura. We have that for capes, but maybe can't be done with weapons.

With that I mean, maybe they don't want to do it because that means a combination of ALL weapons with ALL auras, and make the auras tintable too. Maybe is doable but means a lot of work they can't manage now, or the database will be full of copies of the same object with auras.
Also, if they do that, people will ask for "shoulder pieces with auras", "headpieces with auras", etc.

Actually, there is a superheroe named El Anchoa.

I think it's some kind of comedic short film.

actually I think Superman did that too in what if's. Didn't he have a cooler authoritarian name when he did?
Ultraman? (that would be the inspiration of the original tyrant, I think)
Here we can see that we have 3 carbon copies of Superman:
    Reichsman -> Overman (Earth-10)
Tyrant -> Ultraman (Earth-3) [that would change with GR]
    Statesman -> Superman (Earth-1)

Not necessarily. You can kill everybody on Earth and then proclaim you are the best hero: there's no more crime, nor illness, nor hunger... Well, nor life. But hey! you can't be on every detail.

    Disappointed

I think the problem is that we're so used to the next situation:
Studio A makes a poor game, but it has pretty graphics. Then they hype it, showing how pretty the game is, and saying how it would be the best game in history.
Then they release it. People try it. See pretty graphics, but that's all. Hundreds of games like this. 0 innovation but the graphics. Sagas that the only innovation is "now you can crawl!!" + better graphics.
That makes people reluctant when they show a game by their graphics. That's what's happening now.

However, this objection is not generally made of other Eurocentric terms such as Near and Middle Eastern. The real problem with Oriental is more likely its connotations stemming from an earlier era when Europeans viewed the regions east of the Mediterranean as exotic lands full of romance and intrigue, the home of despotic empires and inscrutable customs. At the least these associations can give Oriental a dated feel, and as a noun in contemporary contexts (as in the first Oriental to be elected from the district) it is now widely taken to be offensive. However, Oriental should not be thought of as an ethnic slur to be avoided in all situations. As with Asiatic, its use other than as an ethnonym, in phrases such as Oriental cuisine or Oriental medicine, is not usually considered objectionable.
    [...]
Not sure about other countries but neither "Oriental" nor "Asian" are offensive here at Spain. They're both used (although "Oriental" is more commonly-used). However, sometimes "Chinese" is misused, with bad connotations, to refer all Orientals.

    On topic:
I would say "Face 17" & "Young Face 14" are the best choices.
