That would be greater if done with Praetorian Clockworks.

Indeed. That's why Noble Savage said "don't submit collapsed psd, only layered". That way the can edit them to replace the fonts, change the screenshots or resize them.

On the note of no NPCs if you can avoid it, can I assume that Monster Island is an exception to this rule? The current screen has a Quarry on it, and without the monsters, Tempest Quay isn't really worth snapping.

I'm also curious as to how the person who'll be opening the emails would prefer multiple submissions. If I were to submit one screen for each zone, for example, would one attachment per email be preffered, or as many attachments per email as I can manage? I understand this may not be up to Mr. Savage, but I'd like to know before the competition's over, obviously.
Well, I would like to send one submission per email. Each base file is around 8~9 MB. I have finished a couple of screens and they ended being around 14~16 MB.
If someone just makes 1 of each zone and send them in a single email, I don't want to be the one who's opening it.

OK, nevermind. It seems demo playbacks draws at minimum settings instead of our actual settings.

2a. Do your best to avoid shooting characters, but on live, we realize that this will be difficult. We'll probably photoshop out any npcs/players that happen to sneak through.

3a. You'll need to use the provided frames for this contest. Hero side has an new format, for starters.

4a. Widescreen is not something you'll need to worry about for this contest. Use the provided frames, and you'll be golden.

1b. Submit as many as you like--there are a lot of zones to cover, and we want to have as many good choices as we can get.

    2b. No.

    Thanks!
Can we use /demorecord screenshots to remove characters?
  7. Fly: we already have the animations, just make the /flypose emotes available in form of alternate animations.

So, for me... I only have one possible prize. What are the chances I will randomly see it at the right time and score it in like 6 seconds? Zilch. But I will keep an eye open nonetheless.
    ^^^^ This.

The last give-away (mutant) I lost my lucky chance because the security measures in the NCSoft web logged me out (I forgot to hit F5 in the last 5 minutes to avoid it). In the 6 secs I spent logging in and rewriting the code, it was claimed.

I don't know in motion, but judging by the screenshots, the wings position feels wrong. They should be behind the head, or more spread to the sides of the body. The way they do now looks disturbing to me, not too natural.

will make it so when you tap the 1 on the number pad, your character will change into costume slot 1 with the spin emote.

there are more complicated binds and a list of all their slash commands here:

    http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Cce_(Slash_Command)
Yeah, I know you can bind it, but why not make it to auto-save when you log out, for example, in a file.
We already have the playerslot.txt that stores automatically the positions of our characters in the character selection screen and the last costume used. I think it's not too hard to make something similar to save the name of the character and the costume change emote.
Even they can use the same file to store it!!!

P.S.: I opened the playerslot.txt file and I see that it only stores the position, but not the costume in use. But the store the costume somewhere in game, so they can do it for cc_emotes and I don't think to store 1 more character (the number of the emote) when you logout increase so much the work of the database manager (if they store it on the database and not on a file in our PCs)
  12. A way to save the costume-change emote per character. It's a bit annoying to have to set it each time you log.

Also, a way to select the flypose animation for fly, per costume. I think it'd be easy, just make fly customisable in Icon/Facemaker, like the other powers (I think this would be done when the rest of the travel power pools)

The short life span it's an hoax.
Its better to lie saying "I'm saving lifes and making the place safer in the process!" than "Hey, I'm kidnaping ppl to enslave them and use them to opress you all!"

Well, reading Tyrant's bio, I was under the impression that the Hamidon Wars started around the 70's. So yeah, something's wrong. By the way, I don't remember her age said in game (only in comics I think).
  16. So, if we buy the Complete Collection (29.99€) we pay more than if we prepurchase now and the iems then (19.99 + 5.99 = 25.98)???

So, what's the point on the Complete Collection?

Based on what they have said, we only know there will be 10 incarnate levels, that based on what they have said foes will ramp up, as will incarnate abilities, and left the impression that the incarnate levels will be different from previous levels and the incarnate content will be in Preatoria.

For all we know, they pull a fast one from Blizzard's playbook, that is an incarnate may be a sort of epic AT your toon either transforms into, or is unlocked once you hit 50, whose incanate starting level 1 is equal to 51 for all intents, not totally different from the entire concept of the Death Knights in WoW, or something else totally
You seem misinformed: WoW Death Knights are a class that unlocked when you reach 55 with a toon (now it's from the start). They also are a different character that starts a 55. It's not an evolution of your chars.

I suspect Incarnate System would be something like WoW's Path of the Titans: make some missions/achievements/whatever and make a step forward next level on the Path, and you only can do a limited number of steps in a day. Then people couldn't complete all the system in 1 day.

Same though here. It should be renamed to:
Telekinetic Melee: but it sounds weird.
Kinetic Combat: but there's an enhancement set with that name.
Kinetic Assault: but sounds like a ranged set.
Kinetic Manipulation: but sounds like a controler's set.

    Hmmm...

  22. I have the problem on XP. I did'nt rename anything. I think it's because the name of the updater is:

    CohUpdater.EU.exe

    How can I fix it?

And treat it as a re-Release of the entire game instead of just as an add-on for those few who already play it...

If they merge the two games so the CDs/DvDs and game codes work for both they can even sell them EU boxes in the US if they really dont sell. They'd likely just have an additional instructions flyer in foreign languages inside and maybe a strange sticker with additional rating icons for one or several European countries on the box. They dont even have to translate any booklet or whatever they have in mind, it's not uncommon to have that in English only regardless of the country the box was supposed to be sold in.
I though Germany have laws that forbid to sell anything that's not translated to their language.

In-Game E-mail: You can now use in-game e-mails to send Influence/Infamy to your own characters or to other players' characters via in-game e-mails. (You still cannot send Influence, Infamy, or items from a Hero to a Villain or vice versa.)
Then, can we mail enhancements/salvage or just influence?
    That info isn't very clear.
