/signed, although I'd also add +Fire DoTs to some of the attacks (especially the Holds) because well, you know, Electricity is also know to cause fires in some cases.

I simply hit the button again till it takes and I'm in Dwarf... or it doesn't and I'm defeated.
The only fix to this, would be to change some coding around the Dwarf form toggle poewrs, I can see no other way. -

I can see the value in that. I wouldn't have a problem with it if getting mezzed during the animation didn't keep you from changing forms.

I definitely agree, although all I do is just tap my Dwarf-up key again... or take a BF and switch to whichever form I want to use next... it's definitely annoying, but I don't think it's AT-breaking. -

...the animations are quite long and that can make shapeshifting cumbersome in combat.

I think that's the whole idea of providing some challenge for Tri-Formers. -
Does anyone know if customized menus could be loaded from external files?!

DR, I think at the very least, NCNC should buy your vids from you and pay you in return with free-months!
Oh... and wonderful work on all your vids! -
Today's a sad Monday for me (and two ex-work buddies) since it's the first day without two of my work buddies who got laid off. I hope they find new jobs soon.

I want the part when I can spec my defender into Dual Blades.....on the fly......
Positron is hacking again, me thinks...

He spoke to Valkyrie, who can help player heroes out. Why not him?

Right... I re-read that just now... however, I think it'd be AWESOME to have a new power which every Hero/Villain can get (once they choose their alternate build) that lets us switch builds on the fly. However, this power will be put on an un-enhanced very very very long timer... like 2 hours for example. I'd just love that!
EDIT :: Modified my post after re-reading the journal entry. -

Mmm hmmmm... now, any chance we'd get an updated I13 guide?
-
At the very least, if this will ever change, I'm hoping that the TO/DO/SO system will be completely gone, and every reward will simply become common IO's, recipes and salvage. Maybe that's what they're planning in the long run...
-
I'm so pleasently surprised we're getting all this for free.
EDIT :: I forgot to ask this, but should the Merit System be taken as an omen foretelling a time in the future when the game will be balanced according to IO's instead of SO's? -
Live long and prosper, you're obviously doing many things right.
On a personal note, I envy you Wyll, very much. -
Dear HotButteredSoul,
Earthshattering guide! Kudos!
-- the would-be Ill/Sonic. -
I'd love this idea to happen, customizable signature powers, even if their in-game effect would be trivial, but would still differentiate one */* <AT> character from another character with the exact build (even down to the slotting), would be great, imo.

Just read it, and now, my most favorite Super-being game has become so much more... SUPER! <em happydance!>

At level 18, you get Gravity Well which will let you Hold that TP'ed Q/V and do as you please with it
I recommend having binds that target the Q/V and using them whenever facing a new pack of mobs. I also recommend having a bind that informs the team that you have found a Q/V and please let you TP it first. If your team does not cooperate with you after that, it may be time to look for another team.
Some teams though are so capable that someone else may already find the Q/V and actually take it out of the fight, in which case you should not aggro the Q/V yourself and let the team-mate handle it themselves.
At level 20, when you get your Dwarf, I suggest you learn the double-Mire dance
There are two ways to dance that one. Human->Mire->Dwarf->Mire, or Dwarf->Mire->Human->Mire->Nova, depending on what you want to do. -
Come on Path, you know you can scare Samantha off the chick flicks simply by responding to them just so:
"Oooh... just LOOK at that Julia Roberts..." <drool!>
