Training Enhancements ("TOs") enhance by 8.35% at the same level.
Dual Origin Enhancements ("DOs") enhance by 16.66% at the same level.
Single Origin Enhancements ("SOs") enhance by 33.33% at the same level.
Invention Enhancemens ("IOs") have a sliding scale: at level 10 they enhance by 11.7%, at level 50 they enhance by 42.4%. Level 30 IOs enhance more than same level SOs, and they only get better from there.
Set Invention Enhancements ("Set IOs") enhance less percentage points but more than one attribute at a time; so you actually get more enhancement even if the numbers look smaller. For example, level 50 Accuracy/Damage set IOs enhance Accuracy by 26.5% and Damage by 26.5%; it looks smaller than the 42.4% that you get from a straight level 50 Damage enhancement, but if you slot two Accuracy/Damage IOs (from different sets; called Frankenslotting) you get 53% for each aspect, instead of 42.4%.
Take a look at the Relative Enhancement Values table for the whole ugly story. -
It was particularly nice that when Abraxxus was down to one AB and his health got dangerously orange, I said on broadcast "Abraxxus needs some regeneration buffs immediately" and suddenly there were six ABs on him. People were really on the ball. Nice raid!

If you want to get a speed improvement out of having two harddisks, run them as a striped array ("RAID 0" in most motherboards, "DriveXpert SuperSpeed" in some Asus motherboards). Both harddisks will show up as a single physical drive, and half the data for any given file will be written to each disk, which in theory gives you much faster transfer rates.
I'm more about data security, though, so I use my 2nd drive for document and other data backups.
You can use the builtin disk management options in XP to mount the second harddisk as an NTFS folder of the first disk; so you can mount the second harddisk as C:\Documents and Settings\Username and then create the Username user, and all of the user Documents and Settings stuff will end up in the second disk. The trick is that to link a folder in that way, it has to be already empty, and Program Files isn't.
An alternative would be to copy the existing Program Files folder in the first hard disk to the second harddisk while it's still smallish (right after installing Windows) and then changing the Shell registry keys to point the Program Files location to the second harddisk. While the programs that were already installed with Windows would have a mix of hardcoded paths to C:\Program Files and "proper" Shell links to the new location (thus requiring two copies of those files, because even if you replace all the references in the registry, INI files and other annoying bits may still point to the old location), all NEW programs would install to D: and create any hard references to program files in D:, because that becomes the new "default" location.
When there's a will, there's a way, it's just that the way can get a little messy.

Justice has really great Hami raids. They have it down to a science. We just finished one on Freedom with help from some Justice regulars, and are planning to do it regularly. Next one is scheduled after the holidays rush though, January 9th.

Public THANK YOU! and GREAT JOB! to everybody who was on the Hamidon raid tonight! Everybody in the ULTRA global channel, and especially to the Justice people who gave us a great hand with leadership and tips!
We started the raid with only 26 people, and by the end, the Hive was full and a bunch of people were hammering the doors! The final two waves were a breeze. Great job, everyone! And here's to more raids, ULTRA style!

So today I applied 3 time cards for my account to have it paid until March, and my veteran rewards got updated like so:
45 months - Eternal Oct 15, 2009 Details
48 months - Battle Hardened Mar 16, 2010 Details
That's... a pretty dang huge 3-month gap. My account has been active all the time; I should be getting it on January, not March. Has this happened to someone else? Did you get the vet reward at the right time (January in my case) or do I need to /petition for a fix? -
My personal SG has about 22 million prestige available and you can probably get some more by trashing a couple of rooms. I also have an abandoned villainside SG with almost 10 million prestige, if you'd rather trash the entire place. Just send me a tell to @Leandro ingame and tell me what you prefer.

That happened to me on a Faathim TF a few days ago. We filed a petition and GM_Gabriel showed up quite fast (under 10 minutes) and completed the mission for us.
